It’s a joke trying to order from this place. Had their food once before for lunch and the little Italy sandwich was delicious but the delivery took a long time. Tried to order about 4 times since then and 3 times that I called during the week before 3pm and I was told that their grill was closed because the cook has to leave. Keep in mind their site and google says they close at 4pm on weekends and 6pm on weekdays. After taking about 20 mins of figuring out what I wanted to order and about to spend over $30.00 I couldn’t order a thing because the grill was closed. I tried again today (Saturday) at 2:15pm and was put on hold to see if the grill was still open. Then I was told they could make my sandwich but they didn’t have the basil pesto that goes on the sandwich so I opted for a different sandwich but then I was told they didn’t have the croissant that goes on that sandwich so I said forget it. Lunch time in the normal world is between 11:30am and 3pm. I have to be at work at 4pm so I realize that I can’t ever order from this place when heading to work or during the hours that their business is supposed to be open. The food is good if they have it in stock and a person there to cook it, which seems to be never unless you schedule your belly to only eat lunch between 12pm and 1:30pm. This is not how you run a food business in NJ, too many other places to order from that have normal operating hours and food inventory stocked properly and a cook on staff during their business hours. Very disappointing!

I went there for the first time this morning and the lady at the front desk was not very patient with me, when I was trying to make my order.I had to wait an extra long time even though many people that came after me got their food first. When it comes to customer service this place is still lacking a smiling face.

Ordered a few of their bite size sandwich platters. They were not kidding about bite size! they don't square off the meat on their sandwiches, leaving only tiny slivers of meat and cheese on the bread. Not to mention they only put one piece of meat on the bread anyways, leaving you with barely nothing on the bread when it's not placed right. The trays are 49.95 a platter, so they are not cheap and the sandwiches should be done better.

Everyone is entitled to having a bad day but not every time! Hangs up on customers, cuts you off. Would give a - but would not let me post without a rating.

There is nothing like being treated disrespectfully on the phone when you place an order and then not getting what you ask for. You would think the person answering the phone would know the menu.
