Every time I come to this Starbucks and order inside with a friend, I am ALWAYS waiting OVER 10minutes while my friend is damn near finished theirs. Then Starbucks wonders why people stop sending $5+ dollar on their drinks. Terrible service and shitty attitudes from the staff .

This is the first Starbucks I ever been to that wouldn’t serve me a cup of ice. She stated they “only serve paying customers”. The cup of Ice was actually for my pregnant wife. The lady at the window who was an older white female was very demeaning about it. I believe she was the manager and was an older white female. She was also very rude about it. Wouldn’t come back here.

Visited the store at 2:50 PM 11/13/24 and the young girl taking the drive thru orders was extremely rude. She does not know how to speak to paying customers politely. When we asked her to say things nicer to paying customers she told us to not come back if we don’t like how she speaks. She is not fit for a forward facing job or a retail setting in general. I can’t imagine how many other customers she treats the same way. If she doesn’t want the job, I’m sure someone else would appreciate it more who would better represent the company and not turn customers away. I will be following up with corporate as the store seems to be very poorly ran.

My mobile order is always wrong. Manager this morning was super rude and needs a new job. Batista was great, woman on phone and talking to was horrid. I'll come in and order from now on so I can explicitly tell them my order. Waste of money most days
