We were curious so we stopped in. Entering one girl behind the counter snapped a hello and kept carrying on her conversation with her co worker.They never moved away from eachother. We stood in front of the cookie display and got an unfriendly vibe so we left with nothing.Customer Service is not a lost art, maybe just here.

Absolutely love their donuts, they are light and airy, with just the right amount of filling and icing, a good dough to filling/icing ratio!

Ordered cake and cupcakes.. cupcakes looked like they were rushed .. not looking like the ones that I said I wanted in the display case and the writing on my graduation cake looked like it was done by a child...when I called manager.. she said there is nothing they can do bc I left the buildingUpdate: as of April 2023.. almost a year. I have been meaning to update.. even though after I made the first review and the company reached out right a way to "make it right" they never did. I emailed them pictures of the horrible cupcakes that no one ate bc they were not appetizing. They never did anything after that. Horrible company that will not own up to their mistake.

the carrot cake ok but not good enough to brong me bavk. a lot of frosting but no raisins so that a plus. staff is nice! other treats I bought were ok at best.

I usually grab a box of mini assorted pastries to drop off with various clients. They’ve all said they were delicious. I ordered a couple donuts for myself, and they are incredible.The Cinnabon and chocolate glazed are the best!

I used to go to Ritz Bakery all the time and it was amazing. They made the best authentic black forest cake for about $14 for a large one. Today my fiance got me one for my birthday and it was absolutely horrible. Almost $40 for this small stale chocolate box cake with oreo cookie sides (I can't stand oreo cookies) which should be chocolate shavings and cheap grocery store can cherry filling and not much of that. About a week and a half ago I bought 3 tiny cupcakes which cost $9.50. They weren't great either. The food is extremely expensive and not worth a fraction of the cost. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there. It has really gone downhill since it became Summit Bakery. I could have gotten a better black forest cake at Walmart. My fiance was so excited to get me my black forest cake for my birthday and I was so excited to get it and it is horrible! Really ruined my birthday. You can get better baked goods at Shoprite, Walmart, or Rastelli's.

And just like that I have found my new breakfast spot! So good. The sandwich, the home fries and the danish! Yum! Will be back.

While visiting from out of state I stopped by while waiting for family to finish at the nail salon. I bought a brownie (so good) cookies for the kids (they haven't tried them yet) and a peanut butter cupcake for my husband. He loved it and said "that's how you make a peanut butter cupcake". The only thing I would suggest is not putting cupcakes in brown bags. Frosting a got all over the bag and it was a mess. The products were still yummy though and the bakery smelled so good.

I never understood the hype of this place. Even when they were going by another name & were in a different town I thought they were meh. However my spouse liked their chocolate chocolate cake. So I called to order & my how times have changed. You used to order & pay when you picked up. Now must prepay . And the cake was a smaller diminished quality of what it used to be. Definitely no reason to patronize this place when there’s so many better options around now. 2 stars cause the staff that day was very personable.

I was in looking for a sweet treat, and walked out with the most DELICIOUS homemade Chicken Pot Pie, & a Chocolate Chip pound cake. The pot pie was demolished by my family, even my picky 3 yr old grandson enjoyed it. Thank you so much for the suggestion.

Picked up breakfast sandwiches this morning for the first time. As always the service was fast and friendly. The sandwiches were fabulous, piping hot with a side of home fried potatoes and a danish. Grabbed a coffee on my way out. Great alternative when you want a quick breakfast without compromising freshness!

I got a Blueberry Pie and a Coconut Custard for Thanksgiving and my Aunt said it was the best Blueberry pie she ever had! The Coconut Custard was fantastic!! Probably the best I’ve had. Great price for such large pies. Now I’m responsible for brining pies to every family event ? Thank you!! ?

I have yet to be disappointed coming here. Everything they make is just amazing. I've gotten custom cakes from here as well as just walking in. They have done beautiful work for a rainbow baby shower cake for me, it was as delicious as it was beautiful.
