They were out of so many food options didn't even have soda in the soda machine they only offered cans of soda the food sucked the chicken was dry Over cooked and the spinach tasted horrible and was like water the mashed potatoes was like water also. The amount of money we payed was not wort it it was not cheap also. the place was empty no one was in there now I know why it was empty. they dropped the ball because in the past the food was delicious and wasn't expensive and the place was always crowded with people if they go under its their own fault. We have no plans on going back there anytime in the future

That was the worst Boston Market experience that I’ve ever had.We walked in and the manager was bullying an obviously new employee. He was so rude and derogatory towards her and we could see how awful he made her feel. He kept being rude to her as she was helping another customer and made snide comments at her for asking for help when many customers came in at once.I was hoping at least the food would be good?? ‘Twas not lol. The food had absolutely no seasoning and did not taste like it used to even 6 months ago. They didn’t even have salt shakers anywhere, but had pepper shakers on every table lol. When I asked for salt for the food they didn’t put any salt in, they gave me 2 plasticware packs for 4 people and not enough salt for everyone.-10/10 would never recommend again:(The cornbread tasted worse than if it was from out of a can lolOh and the soda machine was broken lol

Ruined my lunch break. It tastes like they used their own seasoning in the Mac and cheese. Drink machine out, no chicken in the building, and the food was terrible. Smh stick a fork in them

1st time at this location...they didn't have several items on the rnenu; Ribs..nuggets..stringbeans ...no drinks..machine was broke . Had to 15 mins for string beans...however the man working was by himself and very apologetic. None of the food looked appetizing but the chicken .

The store in Woodbury NJ stinks, broccoli was bad, corn burnt, corn muffins dry as straw, store had no sandwiches, no sodas ,no turkey or most of menu, employees don't seem like they want to be there, my family will never go back there EVER AGAIN.

The bread used for my carver sandwich was different and the mashed potatoes tasted like powder mix potatoes versus real potatoes. This location is clearly cutting back with cheaper quality ingredients. I'm a long time Boston Market customer but today's visit was very disappointing.....

I used to wonder why this place always looked like it was closed when I drove by. I know why now... the food is TERRIBLE! This Boston Market has fallen completely off! Please do better or shut down!!

This place should have stayed closed. The meatloaf smelled like dog food. Couldn't get past the awful smell, ended up throwing it away. Will definitely not be back at any Boston Market.

I can’t believe how much it’s changed. Soon as I walked in the vibe was off it was dreary, empty. No smell of food just a stale smell. The food sides didn’t even look presentable a lot of stuff looked like it sat out all day. I didn’t get a chance to look at the turkey the server wrapped up. By the way there were no container covers so they had to use foil. The turkey looked like and tasted like plastic. The mash gravy tasted funny. The sweet potatoes were runny. So disappointed!!!! This place should have just stayed closed. There just giving bare minimum at this point. I won’t be returning here the food use to be so good smh. Don’t waste your time.

Place is a ghost town and they changed a lot if the recipes, namely the Mac and cheese. It's lost all flavor. Never going back.

Second attempt to eat at this location again here. Again not pleased. Both times drink machine was broken. No ice. This time I was served a cold uncooked pot pie. I couldn’t even beleive it wasn’t even warm and the crust wasn’t even brown or crispy clearly undercooked. He didn’t seem to be too apologetic at it when I showed him clearly was dough- but yet bothered and offered to make me a fresh one in 15-20 minutes lol. They threw them all away as they were all undercooked.I won’t be back a third time. Clearly why it’s empty every time I come here.

Because you can't give zero Lol. Ordered $50+ plus... when I went got there they said I never ordered.. I confirmed the location was the correct but they assured me I didn't order. Honestly I felt like me being there was inconvenient for the dude because he had to actually stand up. How awkward can you make something. Anyway checked bank statements yup 50$ charge to that store. Pretty annoyed...
