The food is good, but you probably shouldn't get it delivered. Our last two orders have been wrong. Today's order of a burger, fries and coleslaw was delivered with a giant container of onion rings instead of the burger. Like how does it go out the door without the entree? Really great place when you go out to eat though, just avoid them on GrubHub.

They didn't have gluten-free pancakes for people who can't have regular pancakes and they didn't have sugar-free syrup and they wouldn't let you bring your own in so we had to get something different that we didn't want

Ordered from here 9:06 PM and promptly sat in the front (which is not 20 minutes before close) and to clear up any confusion from the diner's response (suggesting this was only a 20 min situation) I've added a photo. I waited 40 minutes and left when they confirmed my sandwich wasn't ready and said I could get my refund through the app. I finally worked out the refund with Grubhub (which is why the review was changed from 1 star to 2). The manager (or whoever the tall guy in the front was) acted like he couldn’t take a second to help resolve it. The place was half empty at the time. Ultimately, it was a wasted hour that resulted in me eating from another establishment.

I had to update my 4-star review from 4 years ago because in a post COVID world I think it's important to highlight the Jersey Diners that are doing exceptional work. The menu caters to all diets, which is so wonderful and important! The management is always attentive and pleasant. The desserts in the case are top tier & we find ourselves making a trip just for those sometimes! The food is always good. My only "complaint" is that I can't go there 24 hours a day lol (miss those Jersey diner days!) and that the broccoli soup isn't on the menu everyday! It's 10/10 if your a fan, a must try!
Vegetarian options: The have a whole Vegan menu on the back of the regular menu with so many delicious options! It's not something you find at many places!

I’m new to this place and between the food , the portions and Marissa , I don’t know which one makes me come back more . I just left the diner , I didn’t know Marissa no longer works Monday night or I would have came a different night . But the food was by far perfect like usual . You guys sure make sure we leave very full and happy . Oh and the deserts are to die for !!!

Parking: I can never get a close spot and I need it bc I was shot twice in my leg and I can't walk far. Needs more handicap ♿️ parking
