Now I know why they're closing their other restaurants. The service was fine, it's the food that was the problem. Nachos were soggy & lukewarm. Our food came out steaming but was actually lukewarm as well. The quality of the food they serve is not what it used to be so obviously we won't go back again. Looking for a good Mexican restaurant with quality food!

I used to look forward to eating here and would go out if our way to visit. My last visit just wasn't impressive at all. There were definitely changes and not for the better. The free chips weren't as good as normal, the salsa wasn't as good and the overall meal just wasn't as good. I used to live the chips and salsa but didn't enjoy them this visit. I had the fajitas and they were just ok , not as good as my other go to chain , Margueritas. I just read that this is the only Don Pablo's in the United States. I have a feeling that this place won't be around much longer unfortunately, doubt I will ever go back even if it's still around. 6-24-2019 Place just closed today, who made the call?

There is a reason this is not 5 stars. Not even close. Tonight, me and my family had the bad luck of having a disrespectful, rude, dirty mouth, talker host. He talked to me with an attitude and even whispered "get the hell out of here". I heard him and I went close and tell him "what did you say".... anyway, the manager didn't do anything so we left. Person like this should not work in a customer service environment. But what can I expect of a caucasian man treating a dark skinned Hispanic like me?

The salsa tasted like dish water and their were flies landing on my food the whole time. The wait staff was slow and poor mannered and all the drinks are watered down. Save yourself the disappointment go to Taco Bell.

We came in tonight for my daughters birthday. Our table was ready and we had the best waiter! He was funny, polite, always checking on us ...and the food was delish! The birthday song and dessert was an added bonus! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My card was charged twice when my husband and I ate there back on April 3rd. I called the restaurant several times and kept getting different answers. First I was told that they were having an issue with the credit card machine and I would be refunded, but that never happened. Then I was told to contact corporate and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I would really like my money back!

It's the last Don Pablo's in existence. The food was as expected from previous visits: tasty but not what one would call authentic Mexican. Not an issue. One knows what one will get at a place like this. The service was really great though. The place was packed, and our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. She was obviously working hard to serve every patron at her assigned tables, and did a great job.

This particular one was obviously run by a manager who uses the ol "keep it freezing in there so people don't stay and we can cycle the tables faster" trick. It was ridiculously cold in there tonight. Waitress was very nice though.

We were around the area and decided to try this restaurant. Inside is big and very clean and our waitress was friendly. I ordered fajitas ( beef and chicken) it had a good flavor and hot but the rice was very dry and not that hot. My husband had the chicken tacos and the pork tamales he wasn't crazy about his, because the tamales where bland and too hard. Is not a bad place but we sure have had better Mexican food.

Looove Taco Tuesday! I bought my children here for the first time about a month or 2 ago and they enjoyed it. They loved the fact that they were able to get watch their taco shells be made right in front of them! There's a waiter with a "salt and pepper" beard and he was so polite and gave me recommendations on what to try. Love it here!!

I am giving one star based on the host we had when we came in on Tuesday March 19th around 4pm. She was extremely rude gave numerous dirty looks, and seemed like she couldn't be bothered. We got not a hello or welcome NOTHING was said as we went up to the seating desk. Not how I want to start off my dinner and be welcomed into an establishment that I am spending money in. When we told the waiter about her he told us it was just her personality and that's just how she is with customers...... NOT ACCEPTABLE Mind you she laughed and talked w all the co workers just fine after we were sat. Fix this problem.

Not impressed anymore, dirty wine glasses, dirty flatware, food was bland no flavor, sloppy food presentation, no pride! Shame on this manager! YUCK !!!!! Also the bathrooms were filthy and gross, not what it used to be years ago when it opened up, they have lost their touch, will be finding another Mexican restaurant as long as it's not Don Pablo's , the new managers do not care so then I don't care either Oh I forgot the chairs are torn and they are meant it with duct tape post

It's a no for me! I haven't ate here in years and this is confirmation not to. Stopped in for lunch -- the hostess seemed to be over her job and the server did his best. I ordered the shrimp tacos with cilantro rice and cornmeal spoon bread. The food was very mediocre. Just bleh. It definitely taste like a place that's an American food chain restaurant. The chips and salsa was basic. Nothing more to say. The menus were sticky and the food can be a lot better.
