When I went, there was no one there, the meal arrived late, and the service was terrible. Then, four out of five orders were incorrect; we said no tomatoes and onions, but they ended up on the dish. and neglected to bring a dish, so we had to cancel as our initial order was already taking a very long time. Then I went to the front to grab drinks to take home and forgot about the food, so I called to let them know I was picking it up; they said okay, but when I arrived, they said they tossed it away. So we spoke with a manager, who stated they will contact us back regarding getting a coupon, but we never received a call. I'm still phoning for an update, and no one is answering the phone. So the dining experience is bad, but the food is good; overall, I would just place an order to go.

Dont waste your time. They will not give you your accurate change, mess your order up and charge you $3 for a small thing of salsa that you originally asked for when you placed your order. Just dumb & unprofessional.

Driven past this restaurant countless times and finally had the time to check it out with some friends. We went on a Tuesday evening to enjoy some tacos, but to our surprise, we were the only people dining in the restaurant. We expected the restaurant to be much busier. Despite this, we experienced a longer than average wait time, which I also thought was interesting being that there were no other patrons. This could have been due to understaffing.
During our time, we tried many different menu items from tostadas, burritos, and tacos. Everything tasted good, but fell slightly below our expectations.
While I personally don't desire to dine in again at El Manatial in Woodbury, I would certainly consider getting takeout from them in the future.

When you order cakes or quesadillas, they don't put meat on them (the Cuban and steak cake has two very very small pieces of meat and the rest is lettuce and the quesadilla al pastor has "remnants of meat"). It is deplorable that they deceive customers in this way. Today I ordered quesadillas and the fucking quesadilla had about "a kilo of dough" and two strips of meat... they charged me without warning the 18% tip and did not return the rest of the money (I paid in cash). They charge you for extra things that are already included in the dish. They are a disappointment for the Mexican community. I am going to file a complaint with the competent authorities.

I’ve ordered from grubhub many times and this time it looks like the tacos were just thrown together. Usually they’re full of steak but now they were full of cilantro and onions as if they were dumped onto the taco and served me left over steak, very disappointing.

Went in for 3 orders of tacos on a Friday night! We called our order in about 15 minutes ahead. When I went in to pick up the food, the hosted told me I had to wait because the lady who takes the money is doing karaoke right now. I stand at the counter and wait until her song is over, and she comes up and says my order will be ready in 5 minutes. I stepped outside to wait and went back in after about 7 or 8 minutes, only to stand at the counter another 5 minutes waiting. When the food is finally ready, I pay and head out. After the wait, the staff was really nice though. We ate the tacos in the car and they were very good. Taste was fresh and tacos were hot. The grilled jalapeños were ?! I can't say that the food was worth the wait, but it was good. I can't say the wait was bad enough to not go back. If I'm in that area and craving a taco, I'd probably go back. Sorry, no pictures.
Update- went back 6/18/24, and steak tacos were not good. Steak was tough and didn't have any flavor. Thankful for the lime and cilantro.
