Driven past this restaurant countless times and finally had the time to check it out with some friends. We went on a Tuesday evening to enjoy some tacos, but to our surprise, we were the only people dining in the restaurant. We expected the restaurant to be much busier. Despite this, we experienced a longer than average wait time, which I also thought was interesting being that there were no other patrons. This could have been due to understaffing.

Went in for 3 orders of tacos on a Friday night! We called our order in about 15 minutes ahead.
When I went in to pick up the food, the hosted told me I had to wait because the lady who takes the money is doing karaoke right now.
I stand at the counter and wait until her song is over, and she comes up and says my order will be ready in 5 minutes.
I stepped outside to wait and went back in after about 7 or 8 minutes, only to stand at the counter another...
