I was overcharged for toppings included in the bowl. The employee did not speak good English and could not explain why I was charged an additional $1.25 for lettuce, cheese and hot sauce after saying the bowl comes with 6 toppings.

I have been coming here for over a decade. Im very surprised to see negative reviews. This place in my opinion is better than Chipotle! My go to order is 3 chicken soft tacos with veggie rice. SO GOOD! Their homemade lemonades and iced teas are sooooo delicious! I have never had any issues with customer service.

I went today and ordered 2 burrito bowls and got 1 container of sour cream. The bill came to $38 and some change. Did the prices change and no one changed the menu board? Or was I overcharged? I was shocked at the price as this is 1 of my favorite places in the food court.
