I’m little seasers pizza lover , I give them a lot of business, but this place didn’t deserve it, lady soooo rude , the problem is the store manager can’t respect the customers, very disrespectful really is , Need to be removed from that store but she shouldn’t be in on other one , the worst mean girl I ever seen in my whole life, she refuses to give me her name but I got it from the receipt is (Shamika J) so mean , 3 peoples like her in every little pizza store will shot down the place !!!

I placed an order for pickup and was given old and cold food. I was treated disrespectfully by the manager when I asked for fresh food. The staff and food are nasty. This location wasn't always like this, but after my recent visit I will not be back until changes are made.

Dont do anything the right way they give you a 5 pnd pizza cuz the put much sauce on the pizza the cut the pizzaa wrong if you tell them they messed up they do it worse the next time dont even bother on going here

Placed an order…after 2 hours and the driver waiting over an hour to deliver my food, the driver calls me that’s it closing time and no one has given him any sign of my food being made at all. I called the store and the only thing the employee had to say was that they are behind and when they get to my order it will be delivered. This place is a joke. Poor service and poor management. Then to top it off I have to wait 10-12 days for a full refund!!!!!! Never again!

My favorite thin crust was now disappointing, By the time we got to the last slice it was worse than stale cardboard. And what used to be a six dollar pizza is now ten dollars ?‍♀️

I gave them a try again against by better judgment. I ordered the italian cheesy bread. It was made fresh for me, but unfortunately, it was mostly raw with very little cheese. The cheesy bread is now $6.99. I spent $10.00 with tip and threw most of it away. Never going back.

I ordered the extra most best, and when I got to the hotel, I noticed that they gave me a cheese pizza. I returned the pizza, and a different worker was at the register. I told this person that I ordered the extra most best. After a while, I was given another pizza, and to my surprise, it was another cheese pizza. They say third times a charm. I finally got a pepperoni pizza, but unfortunately, it was a hot and ready pizza, NOT the extra most best.

This is the second time that I've gone into this location, and after standing for 15 minutes, I had to leave because I want even acknowledged by any of the people in the back. As a former restaurant manager and someone that went to Johnson and Wales, this is completely unacceptable. I would not stand for this. Either train the staff to be more efficient or have more employees on the clock. I wasn't the only customer that left.
