I am so happy that this event is back at last years location. There was chat of it moving and that a developer was able to use the land. Another year of lot 323 at this lot. It's volunteer ran.
There's food trucks, live music and artists, and ample space to hang. Bring your own chair if you need. Most of the grounds close the the music are wood chips and rocks, so be mindful if you need solid, even ground for your mobility. There 3 standard (not handicap accessible) portapotty available.
There's spaces built in for children. A volunteer made tire climbing space, giant Chili's pepper, wheel, music center with turf, and the gather space. The music center and gather space are typically where the bigger kids play soccer. Volunteer art activities vary each week, we did the acrylic pennant painting and container sticker graffiti!
Such a great night out! So happy woodbury has this in the summer!!

I have had the pleasure of volunteering at Lot 323 since moving to New Jersey.What a fun event and opportunity to meet so many other volunteers and attendees. It is a super community event and I look forward to participating in Lot 323 in upcoming years.

The converted lot looks really cool with industrial ambiance and colorful lighting. Family friendly, lots of seating and plenty of things for kids to play with or climb on. Musicians were excellent. Some of my favorite local breweries participate too. Was a great time in a great space.
