Customer service has been a highlight of the new management’s approach. Staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained, and there’s a noticeable effort to make every guest feel valued and the cleanliness was at point. You can tell that the management team has prioritized hospitality, ensuring that the dining experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The young boy who took my order was completely unprofessional. He walked to the register, said can I help you with an attitude. I placed my order then paid for it. First didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt which I did. Then he threw my order in a bag, tossed it on on the counter and walked away without saying anything and proceeded to talk on his cell phone. I never had service that horrible from here. If you have bad people skills you shouldn’t work in customer service. Just saying

Absolutely LOVE their Mini-dogs and Spicy Pretzel Sausage! Now, this location is a small kiosk inside a Walmart, so sometimes they don't have a wide variety of things made and ready to serve. Staff has always been professional with me, and will usually offer to put what I want in the oven if they don't have it up.

!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Poor customer service. I stopped here with a friend on our usual grocery store visit. I told the employee at the counter we wanted to get the 2 for $5 dip n dots and she asked me small or large. I figured “hey, they're the same price? Make it large then” she handed me mine and I began to eat it. When she comes over with my friends another women came over and exclaimed that the employee had undercharged me. She then demanded I pay the difference (for the employees mistake!!) or switch to a small. Long story short we ended up switching. I watched the women then pour my ALREADY EATEN dip n dots back into the container in the freezer and then get me a small cup. As my friend and I left to begin our shopping, another women had come up who appeared to know the women and we heard the women talking about us to the other costumer!!!!! We will definitely not return! The food here is overpriced simply because it's located in a Walmart. And clearly very unsanitary. No thanks!! We'd rather purchase our dip n dots in the very convenient and SANITARY machines and go to the pretzel factory right up the street for better service!

The Pretzel twists are the best at this Philly Pretzel location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We go out of our way to get pretzels from here.

Pretzels are good here. But am wondering why this store in Walmart sells there pretzels 3 for $3 and the same store on the other side of route 47 sells theirs 4 for $2. I'll be going to the other store.
