We love this Carvel! The ice cream is always a hit — perfect treat for both kids and adults. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, which makes every visit feel special. You can tell they care about their customers.

The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the shop could really use a little facelift. A refreshed interior would make the experience even better, especially since the service and product are already great. Still, we keep coming...

I had just seen the most recent review, and although that was a misfortunate situation, i agree that the red headed worker isnt very professional . I personally love the tall blonde and the tall curly head. They are so fast even when busy, and they always make my kids the most comfortable. The only reason im giving the 5 stars is because of them and their amazing work antics . They are always such a delight.

Update: I don’t remember the time or day of previous visit but recently went back, last weekend and it was much better!!

Original post: The ice cream is good but service is wildly slow. Took nearly 30 minutes to get a soft serve and only one person ahead of us.. no drama just real slow. Like I thought I was being pranked
