Today i had a great experience....we ordered the parrilla entrana for pickup. at first they forgot our sauces and they delivered it then i realized we did not have churrasco and they came back to deliver that as well. I think this was very proffessional and of course the food is always top notch!

My go to location for Peruvian Cuisine. I have been coming to this establishment for years. I love Peruvian food. The staff is always friendly and provides good service. I always order un pollo entero con papas y ensalada. However, what I don't like is how the price has gone up for the food, especially this item. I remember when un pollo entero cost only $17 and it was much bigger. Now it's $25 and smaller. I sometimes order an appetizer such as salchipapa or chicharron de pescada. What I really dislike is that they are now charging for to go containers for leftovers. At least the fountain drink is a reasonable price now. And they also include tip in your bill which could either be a good or bad thing for customers. I don't like when there is live entertainment as the singer and music is extremely loud and I can't hear the staff, family, or myself talk. The music also isn't my taste so I always avoid going when there will be live entertainment for a better experience.

Came with a group of 6 adults. The food was amazing. The chaufa Carbon is going to be my good too. We had the chicken as well that was amazing as well. The drinks are good too. We are 35 minutes away it's worth the drive.

Honestly, the only thing I think is good about this place is the grilled chicken. But today, 10/05/24, we entered the place, we saw a man serving himself some green noodles with a good piece of meat, and when the waitress serves us we ask her what type of meat it was and she tells us: “churrasco” , and we decided to order the same dish. When we started trying the “churrasco” disc it was a super hard and skinny meat. We made the comment to the waitress that the meat was not edible at all, that if she could charge us just for the noodles or if she could change the meat. (the dish cost 29.00 usd) And she said she was going to consult. When he returned he told us that we couldn't charge for just the noodles, or that he could give us a grilled chicken. And we said no thanks, because we really wanted to eat a good steak, not the lousy meat they served us. Well, we left the almost entire “churrasco” disc on the table, we placed the grilled chicken in a container that we had ordered, my husband paid and we left. LACK OF UNIQUE EMPATHY for the client!! !! Well, a family of 5 less members and so on all those people who ask us about your food.
It's disgusting that I got a fly in the food I ordered through Uber Eats.

This place is ok. It was better in the past. You buy a whole chicken and they give you french fries for 2 servings and no salt whatsover. They're spicy sauce changed and it doesn't taste as good anymore. The servers have a bad attitude toward people who pick up the food and delivery service people. I guess they have had bad experiences with them. But I don't work for neither of those. However, I get the same treatment. Like I'm not only supposed to show the receipt but also press the button my food is being picked up, which doesn't apply to people that are picking up their own orders. It's like they cannot take a moment to read the label. On top of that, they give you an attitude. Very unpleasant. I like the one in Haledon better. Fortunately, I don't see the same servers over there.
