The girls that works at this branch are very professional and kind and fast specially nadine is a wonderful lady and Andrea and rabia are very professional and kind .
I been doing to this place for the past 18 years .

All Dunkin donuts have let us down with they're stale donuts they should bring back freshly made donuts all Dunkin donuts have given up truly pleasing it's customers with fresh stuff they gave up quality for quantity

Disgusting. They wanted to charge me for NAPKINS and after paying over $30 for a multi-person order, I had asked for a cup of water for our puppies and they wanted to CHARGE ME FOR WATER! Unreal that I had to pull a cup out of the garbage to get my dogs water smfh.

Avoid coming to this Dunkin, never ever fill your cups of coffee , always rushing sometimes forget to cook “food” really poor customer service when you complain tell get upset and don’t re do whatever es wrong they just wanna patch it what ever way is faster and get rid of you , very bad experiences here but never again will I shop here.

Excellent and fast service, good price, the place in excellent condition, very attentive staff, spacious and very fluid parking, the wait was short and the donuts were served, with enough ingredients, unparalleled flavor, excellent temperature, an excellent atmosphere to shop, There were no lines, the service is fast and friendly, they present all the options in a quick and understandable way, it has been a while since they received me like this, with something as simple but familiar as a donut, congratulations.

You are located at a gas station and it is a good place to use the bathroom and then have a good breakfast at Dunkin?

Had to use the Rest Room. Was very clean..Well maintained.

I went to this dunkin establishment this morning and I order a hot coffee and a frozen coffee as well. I nicely asked the lady if she could please remake my frozen one because it was to sweet she got upset and remade it even worse I asked if I could get my money back cause the coffee was bad and she refused to do so because she said that I'm wasting their money in the mean time she's asking me to make a complaint on another employee that forgot to give me my donuts the last time I was there I told her there's no reason for her to get upset with me for asking her for my money back then she got very rude and would listen to what I had to say I would never go back to this establishment and I would make sure my friends and family don't go back there this incident happen today 8/8/2023 and I will make sure I'll contact corporate as well the lady name is saheeda very rude and disrespectful it's sad that some of these employers don't want to do their job at all

Monday around 4:30pm there was a lady working I don’t know her name and we ordered chocolate sprinkle donuts and coffee. She brought donuts from back off the shelves. We thought they were fresh but it wasn’t fresh at all. Probably those donut from yesterday but definitely weren’t fresh and that made our stomach upset. That was a terrible experience at that Dunkin’ Donuts. Never going back there.
