Met a good friend at Evolution for an early Sunday dinner and were so pleasantly surprised with the amazing quality of the home made food. The cocktails were delicious. Joe the owner was very helpful and friendly and made our experience all that much better! I had the gemelli with mushrooms which was excellent! We’ll be back!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This restaurant is an absolute gem. The food is phenomenal. Even my picky husband, loves it here. It's clear the kitchen knows what they're doing. My go-to drink: the chocolate raspberry martini. Wow! Rich, smooth, and just the right touch of sweetness with a hint of tart raspberry. Easily the best martini I've ever had. Everything about this place works - the ambience, the service, the food, and especially the drinks....
