Hidden gem on the border of the Stoney Road section. This place is a local IYKYK. The menu is both broad & focused: they do Italian with a Tuscan feel. Only high maintenence would have a problem finding something delicious to match his tastes. The wine selection is terrific and the cheesecake is the best I've had in 20 years.

3rd time there this year Caesar salad big and tasty (we were able to share ONE). They have the best shrimp arrabiata ( we use the sauce to dip bread or pour on the vegetables). My friend liked her Lasagna (said the sauce was a litter butter but goo). I liked my veal. Chop again (maybe a little chewier this time but I'm being picky. My friends Sangria could have been stronger but was reasonable at $9. Manager greeted us warmly at door. Bus staff very attentive Waiter very accommodative. Very small place but quaint. One friend had to find something wrong so she thought it was weird to enter and see the Kitchen operation ( Doesn't bother me at all. I love to watch cooks). We'll be back for sure.

The restaurant was relatively crowded but not full. The wait staff was courteous, very friendly, and attentive. Our food was brought to us in a reasonable amount of time and our party each enjoyed their respective meals thoroughly. Definitely a nice experience.

Went for my wife's birthday with my daughter, her husband and their 18 month old. Everything was great - waiter entertained the baby every time he walked by. The double cut Pork Chop and Salmon was delicious as were the Chicken Parm and the Seafood Risotto. Calamari was light and crisp. the Nonno Salad was good too, but the mussels were a little off compared to the rest of the meal - all in all an excellent night

Went for lunch on a warm spring day. Decided to sit on the patio. Service was great with warm fresh bread and dipping oil brought out to the table. Both our dishes were pasta based with flavorful sauce and fresh cheeses. Would go back to try dinner next time

One of the best neighborhood restaurants in the area. The combination of outstanding food at reasonable prices makes this place a top value. Restaurants just don't get any better than Francescos!

It was our first time at the restaurant. The food was very good but the ambience the place needs a lot of love and tender care very outdated. the entrance very uncomfortable and tight when you're waiting they keep bringing food right between people. If you're just going for the food, it's wonderful because the food was good but not a romantic place or a place to get all dressed up to go out on the weekend. It needs a little love.

Always an outstanding experience at Francesco‘s. Food is delicious and consistent, service, friendly, and attentive. It was the best choice for a New Year's celebration with friends.

My wife and I took her 99 yo mom Mom for a nice Sunday lunch here.
Mim had visited two weeks earlier with two other family members.
Amy (our server) remembered Mim on sight and recalled her favorite red wine. That is the first indication to me about this restaurant’s attention on the customer experience.
Amy and Biaggio were helpful with their insights on what dishes were their favorites and they did not disappoint.
Sunday sauce over cavatelli for the ladies and an absolutely taste delight of gnocchi under bolognese.
Appetizers?? No maybes….the best calamari with marinara I can recall having in a long, long time…..if ever! Golden brown , very fresh calamari and an antipasti that could feed four that was incredibly seasoned .
Dessert of the peanut butter tartufo and flavorful cappuccino to top it all off.
We were served at a very nice pace, allowing time to savor the last dish before the next course.
We will be back. And soon!
Thanks Amy and Biaggio!!

I loved almost everything about this place. My only minor complaint is the lighting (too dim for my taste). Everything else was amazing…food, service and all around atmosphere was A+. I will definitely return.

Pricing was pretty good too

We went here for a repast and I was very impressed . The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive and respectful and courteous . It needs a little updating the restaurant and bathroom but overall I was impressed . I sat with the children and the servers were very attentive to the kids which I thought was very nice .

Shout out to Francesco’s. As a life long Jersey girl who moved to the Midwest, it was a true delight to dine here on my recent trip back home. Amy took care of us and treated me like royalty. The food was impeccable, the service couldn’t have been better and the room was gorgeous and festive for the holidays. It was a pure delight!! Amy, thank you so so much for making our last meal so extra special. We’ll be talking about it for months to come. Cheers!!
