The manager daniel never made our pizza one night and then issued us a $25 voucher. When we came in two weeks later to use the voucher, Daniel said there is no credit left. Since the credit was applied to our account, we asked him to show us when it was used and to show us the order since we had never used it. When he pulled up the order, I was able to see the screen and it said $25 Applied to account and then no orders after. Instead of helping us like a manager is supposed to do for the customer, he argued and got upset. He is a disgrace to Pizza Hut and a rude person.Please let me know who to contact before further actions are taken.

This so called dine in is the equivalent to self checkout at Walmart. You pay up front. You get your own meal up front. You bring your own water and napkins. They do nothing except heat the frozen pizza up in the oven. How pathetic.

I order a thin crust pizza.. but I've always been ordering for many years and this time around the pizza was so hard to eat it was like a cracker whoever they have back there making these pizza don't know what he's doing I need to do a complaint with the manager I just called and the girl that's taking care of the phone calls she hung up on me very rude and I'm going to take care of this with a manager branch!! This newcomers of people have no customer service at all!!.. don't ever order from this Pizza Hut and I will not even order from here ever again..

After the store closest to us closed, we’ve tried to visit this location on several occasions over the past year. Every single time, we are given a pickup time and wait well over 45 minutes past that time. They forget items constantly but I’m so frustrated by the time we finally get our food that it’s not even worth the hassle of going back and dealing with the workers.

Great service good pizza and wings can dine in already however i wish the salad bar was open like before no salad bar open no salads available either?overall good food but a little expensive 36 wings for my family for 56$ a little over priced for chicken wings only complaint though

I placed an order a while back and when I got home it was all a mess and it was wrong! Today 2/9/24 my husband picked up our oder and our breadstick had no butter or seasoning, not to mention our food was extremely cold! Never ordering from here again!
