How this place has 4.5 stars is beyond me, they have to be paying for positive reviews, I have heard nothing but bad things about it, but i always like to give places a chance and form my own opinion, with that being said, I don't recommend ever ordering from here. Its all automated and only one person works there and doesn't speak english. We ordered a bunch of food and they forgot half the order (which was all the kids food none the less), we were trying to call them for over 15 mins and no one was answering the phone. Finally I got in the car and drive there, once there you have to ring the bell at the counter, after ringing the bell for over 5 minutes someone finally came out. The good they didn't send was just sitting right there ready to go, so they just didn't give it to the driver. when i asked for some kind of refund/credit, or even a free bottle soda the employee says he doesn't speak english. To top it off the food itself it terrible, frozen pizza from the supermarket is way better then their pizza. The kids got chicken fingers and fries and said they are terrible and refused to keep eating them after taking two bites.. Im sure the fact that they were sitting there for at least 45 mins had something to do with it... Regardless the food is garbage and the customer service is terrible, i guess that's what you get when getting food from a place that is automated and all robots. DON'T GET FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!! If i could give it ZERO (0) stars i would......STAY AWAY

Ordered large Margarette pie. Not good at all. Did not have Fresh Mozzarella (cheese was rubbery, like chewing a wad of bubbly gum) no olive oil and no plum tomatoes as per menu description. It had grated cheese ( not mentioned on menu ) all over the top which also made it salty Sorry HQ your about to lose a customer.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap yesterday & it was disgusting. Whoever made it didn’t care at all for the customers that eat the food. It had rotten lettuce in. The lettuce was brown & tasted like dirt & like it was washed in dirty sink water. The wrap wasn’t even fully toasted so it was soggy too, it was more like doughy. I had to unwrap it, take out the & remake it with my own wrap. I should’ve just cooked. This what I get for trying to save myself some time. Sucks because I usually order from here

Bottom line up front: this was really good pizza. Great crust and sauce, and their system pretty much guarantees a consistent product.
Backstory: I brought some friends after seeing Pizza HQ in the news and on YouTube for their automation initiatives. Although we planned to eat there, there's no dine-in area, but the outcome was even better. Darryl, who was clearly busy, stopped to give my friends and me a tour of the entire process from dough-mixing to finished product, answered all our questions, and even gave us some free slices from the pizza we followed from start to finish.
In fairness to the shop, we were there between lunch and dinner, and it was a little slower. So don't hold it against them if you go during a crunch-time and they don't have the bandwidth for a personalized tour. I wish I lived closed. I'll still give them my business when I'm in the area.

Pizza is amazing the pizza on the left is gluten free for my toddler . The pizza on the right is the margarita pizza will be back both were personal pies still have left overs for the next day . Came across this place searching on google glad I came .
