I’ve been to many different Starbucks locations and have recently been frequenting this location as it’s on my way to work. I just want to say, out of all the locations I’ve been to, this one is hands down the best! The staff here are always extremely pleasant, the drivethru line is either short or always moves pretty quickly, and my drink is made exactly the same way every morning: perfect! You guys are awesome, keep doing what you’re doing!
Terrible service. I know that they already want to go home because they are about to close but the drinks are terrible and we let them know and they responded with a bad attitude and they did it very reluctantly.

I am not the biggest fan of this franchise and I most certainly always seem to get the wrong drinks (or they’re just not that great?) But today I really needed coffee before going to work and found myself at this location. Fiza saved me!!!! So helpful and patient, what a star!!! Manager if you see this you don’t deserve her. Drinks I’ve ordered and hated before she helped me adjust too. Might even come back. Anyways, Fiza you’re employee of the month.

I would like to start off by giving a compliment to the manager, Shandy. He is very polite and a true gentleman. He makes you feel welcomed when you enter the store. I go there daily and never experienced a bad visit. Also, the second person I would like to give a compliment to is, Tiana. She is a very professional and kind person. As soon I walk in there, she is already making my drink and very polite. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the seating outward is very nice and comfortable. The rest of the staff is very friendly and fast pace with bringing out my orders. Thank you very much guys and five star review all around. See you guys tomorrow!

This is the strangest Starbucks. Location is great. Drink are always okay but the service is horrendous. They basically have to “check” for whatever you order. I have ordered everything from coffee to food and everything time they say they need to check. It’s wild. Needs someone to come train on operations.
