Be careful when you order online , we placed two time online order for veggie patty sandwiches in this location and both time there is no patty and always missing tomatos or onions or peppers and shape of the sandwich is not what you get in another subways

Ordered online, overall pleasant experience. They did not skimp on the toppings! Not too much chicken and steak, but the Italian was perfect.

The telephone number never answered. It’s always in voicemail for some reason no answer and the person behind the counter doesn’t understand what combo is and it’s over price for a regular sub. outside somewhere else subway charges less.
And the most important is the deli section is covered. I don’t understand why!!? if you go any subway anywhere else in the state the Deli section always has a glass and you can see what the person is doing behind. That’s what bothered me most. Bad experience never be there again.

The customer service at this store is horrible. The workers don’t even speak English and have the audacity to badmouth customers in Spanish. They are usually never listening as they have Airpods plugged in and talking to one another, and when they do attend the customers, they treat them horribly. If the owner doesn’t change their unprofessional staff, he will keep losing customers. Never coming here again.

I just left the store extremely irritated as it seems the staff is not adequately trained to deal with people. I have been to this establishment multiple times, and multiple times the staff has been nothing but disrespectful. They usually have AirPods in, not even listening to the customer, talking to one another and attending the customer when they please. Today, as soon as I was given the little attention they felt like giving, I asked for a 6 inch herb and cheese, the usual female worker who has often been disrespectful, grabs a 12 inch white bread and asks “this one?” After telling her once again what I wanted it, she proceeds to toast it as black as charcoal. After asking why my bread was so burnt, she proceeds to tell me “I have served customers even more burnt bread and they ate it just fine. There is nothing wrong with it.” I am a 59 year old woman and my gums cannot handle this hard rock bread. Not to mention it is extremely disrespectful to tell me how my bread, the one that I am paying for with the money out of my pocket, should be toasted. I was a frequent customer but it seems like this place has flipped upside down. Will not be coming here any time soon until they change their horrible staff and hire someone that can handle a situation in a more professional and respectful manner.

Horrible service. Distracted, no communication, and did not notify us our order was ready minutes after they finished it. We had to ask them to get our finished order after waiting around in front of them.

Placed an online order over the app for delivery. This store does not offer delivery. I wanted to use the BOGO offer which is not available through the delivery services. Well I placed the order was charged for it then a few minutes later got a message that something went wrong with the order. I went down to the store to talk to someone because the phone wasn’t being answered. It went straight to voicemail. The two employees there couldn’t even speak English. Fortunately there was a FedEx driver who translated for me. They had no record of my order yet my housemates debut card was charged for it. I will not be going back to this Subway!!!
