Im leaving this review because mainly of the attentive polite employee they have at this Dunkin such a sweet young lady at the drive thru sweet blonde young girl I didnt catch her name but this is how truly costumer service is at its finest, greetings smiling, attentive, polite, check to make sure our order was correct, hands down to customer service!!! My frozen coffee was delicious and my hubby ice coffee was phenomenal.

I ordered and I quote a “ caramel cold brew with oat milk” instead they gave me a cold brew with 4 cream AND cold foam???? I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they gave me sausage, it’s not the first time they’ve COMPLETELY messed up my order but this was really bad. It seemed as though they didnt listen to anything I said when I placed the order and just did whatever they wanted or THOUGHT I wanted. I couldn’t go back because I had to be somewhere so I am now stuck with this order. Disappointed and upset.
Parking gets a little tight, but the coffee is always hot. I have no problems with this place.

Coffee is close to standards at this Dunkin donuts location. No doubt they clean machines and calibrate. Avocado toast is decent. Cold is good as well. Overall a nice Dunkin. Service is quick. Drive through moves fast.
