Donuts were good but the choices were limited. We were there for breakfast. The croissants were not so great. Weird taste like freezer burnt.

Horrible Dunkin Donuts. The amount of issues this store has is immense. The store needs new leadership and employees. The bacon is always next to raw. The tea machine is never cleaned and you can tell from the taste! The service and people are lackluster. There’s no pride. You can tell. This store used to be very enjoyable to go to.

Very rude customer service! The girl that takes the orders and the girl at the window shouldn't be working there treating people like that oh and the manager condones their behavior. I seen it with my own eyes. It's very unacceptable and very unprofessional. I haven't ever had a problem at any other Dunkin' Donuts I've been to but this one! I don't see this location getting any real good business any while longer if they don't get a new staff with nice attitudes. They don't have to ever worry about me coming back there again! They won't get my money! Do yourself a favor save your money and time and go to another DD location ?

I went there last Sunday and the two kids that worked there: a young boy curly hair wearing a “Navy” sweatshirt and the girl were really rude to me. The boy saw me and kept eating his food by the drive through. I walked away to see if I could order on the computer and cousknt he shows up, not relaxing that he didn’t run me off and is shocked to see me. He says under his breathe “back again” and when I go to pay he’s so confused it takes him 40 seconds to make change! I really don’t understand why he or the girl think it’s ok to treat anyone that way especially a paying customer.Update: 4/13/23 I met the new owner and he’s charming. He said anytime there’s a problem alert the manager on duty 6-2pm. I told him I will, I am glad that I came back so that we could resolve this issue. Ps he gave me a free donut!

Ok is it me or since the new management has taken over, I feel as though it is declining. The first time I went, after new management I ordered a sweet tea, they gave me coffee with liquid cane. Eww gross. However every time I go and order a sweet tea. They miss the sweet part. Sometimes I’m handed the wrong order. I don’t get.I understand humans we make mistakes, food industry is a tough customer services job. However, after multiple tries of going to this location. I think I’ll pass and venture to Swedesboro. Sorry.

Every time I go here I remember how bad the young staff is. They never listen to your order or are short with you. There is never donuts even at 6-630pm in the evening. If your going to stay open until 8:00pm at least have a full menu. This one is awful. I have better service in Pennsville the ladies there are amazing love them.

Very poor Customer Service. Young girl with the big tatoo on her neck very poor communication skills. From the time you place your order ( she takes the order miserable tone and rushy) so much can be said about the unprofessional way this location of business is conducted. They definitely need to hire new professional employees. People that want to work and not so miserable

Avocado toast taste freezer burnt somehow. The girl taking orders is a big ball of zero personality and sounds like you’re doing her a great big inconvenience by ordering. “Anything else, anything else…” oofWhere are the young guys that were there? Most pleasant.

Very miserable girl taking order at drive thru. Upon paying l, refused to use my valid app coupon, and got even more miserable. Left. I never have these issues at my regular Dunkin's. Should not have people like this girl working your customer service.
