We ordered a pineapple bacon large pizza and they gave it to someone else. Very terrible service. The pizza was the only edible food there. We ordered cheese steaks, burgers, baklava, and salads before. The salads aren’t mixed up just the food placed on a bed of lettuce. The burgers were terrible frozen patties. The cheese steaks were disgusting. The baklava is dry and stale. We will never be going back. We tried to overlook the other bad food however we ordered our pizza and they gave it to someone else. Never again. The customer service was terrible too. I would

I asked for a turkey and cheese wrap add bacon they sent me a roast beef wrap with bacon call them back to replace my order and they sent me a turkey wrap with no cheese and more lettuce on anything added bacon for $4 with two pieces of bacon Gus's in woodstown is crazy 1345 for this and more letters than anything no turkey no nothing two slices of turkey two slices of bacon are you serious for 1345. Paid a total of 47.004 was for the food plus $3 tip charge for the driver which the driver was fine but my husband is cheesesteak barely had any meat on it anything y'all should be ashamed of yourselves and get people that can speak English

Usually pretty good, my mom got into the habit of ordering a hamburger/bacon pizza from there every other week, sometimes weekly until the last time we went there (yesterday), they put sausage/bacon on the pizza instead hamburger/bacon. When I picked it up the guy didn’t give me my receipt, so when my mom called back & told them about their mistake, they refused to do anything about it since we didn’t get the ticket number off of the receipt that they kept.. even tho I paid by Apple Pay & would’ve had no problem showing them the transaction if they had bothered to give me the chance. Wont be ordering from there for a while. Idk if it was the change in topping but usually the pizza is pretty good, this time it was like everything was overly soggy (the “crust”), bacon was still soft, overly chewy. .. That, combined with the wrong topping & their crappy customer service. I should’ve known it wasn’t a good day to order when the guy taking my order literally cut me off in the middle of talking to put me on hold.. after he had put me on hold the first time. Taking a long break from this place. Two stars bc they’re normally not this bad.

We go to Gus's in Pennsville for the Texas Wieners, of which my wife is particularly fond. We recently learned that there was a Woodstown branch, and as we had to pass through Woodstown to reach Pennsville we decided to try it. Unlike Pennsville, where the wieners are tightly wrapped and bagged, these came in a box, loosely packed. I'm told they tasted rather different but were still good. For my part, I did not particularly care for the bacon cheeseburger, and can't speak to anything beyond that.

Parking: We were able to find an open space in front of the store, but on-street parking was crowded.

Everytime I call here this man says hold on n hangs up on me. Had the nerve to call me back just to do the same thing. I’m done ordering here.

Had to repeat my order several times to make sure it was going to be right. They had to ask me several times what I wanted? I paid 1.00 extra for extra cheese. NO extra cheese on my steak sandwich. My wife chicken cheese steak, hardly any chicken, asked for mayo hardly any. My cheese steak I could drink the ketchup, way too much. . That is what I had to use for my Cold French fries because of so much ketchup. I was a life long customer in PENNSVILLE and Woodstown. Never again. Did I say Ice cold French fries. We all have bad days. I could tell this was normal for them. 2/15/24 Threw most of the Food away. Almost 27.00 was too much to throw away. The manager in charge was to busy sitting with his friends chatting away. We ate inside.

Spent $41.52 for two pizzas and mozzarella sticks and left but realized I forgot BLUE CHEESE. So I went back in to ask for some and the old guy behind the counter gave me a hassle and starts yelling at me “you come back in this restaurant and ask for blue cheese!?” then proceeded to say he would give me a price for it. So I left confused because I’ve never been charged for blue cheese, customer for years!!!
