If I could give zero stars I would.How the person making the coffee and the person and the driver thru couldn’t feel or realize they handed me a coffee without the lid on and with a crack in it I’ll never know.I wish I took pictures before I cleaned ip coffee that was all over me, my front seat, center console, and floors. Absolute joke….. will never go to this Dunkin ever again

The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. The (who I assume to be) manager was cleaning the donut signs with the donuts sitting there. Meaning he was dangerously close to the donuts with those cleaning chemicals. My drink was delicious though!

Dirty fingernails!!!How could dunkin donuts allow a person with dirty fingernails work, even if the person is at the window he still touching the coffee and giving napkins when requested !!!Given wrong size coffee, small and medium don't sound the same!!!

Stop locking your doors. What is the point of ordering ahead of you still have to wait in the drive thru line? Every time I come to this location the doors are locked. Is it because you are lazy and don't feel like cleaning your restaurant? There must be some reason and corporate should be made aware of your practices I'm sure you will have your license revoked. Hopefully kicked out of our country as well.

Being a truck driver I'm forced to park in the gas station next door which isn't a problem but i walk over to see that they're only accepting people through the drive-through. It's just kind of annoying how they randomly do this
