Disgusting establishment. They spilled coffee all over my food, handed me a coffee soaked bag, and when I mentioned it, the had the audacity to just pour the coffee soaked food into another bag. Don't go here if you have any allergies, cross contamination isn't something they care about.

Dunkin is my go-to breakfast spot. My kids love it. They offer donut and bagels, now they also offer hash browns. It is also easy to locate because Dunkin restaurants are everywhere. Love this place❤️
What a dump. And with the food to match. The service was horrible. Ordered a single donut and the worker had to ask me 3 times what kind of donut that I just ordered, through her. The donut was inedible, I just left it sitting on the table before I left. I wish I could post a picture of it. Half of the icing was gone, the bottom was all wet for some reason. Just the absolute worst donut I've ever had, and it's from a place called Dunkin donuts. Unacceptable. Absolute crap business. These places should not be allowed to operate under these conditions. Waste of my time and money.

Last year I’d come here on my break, at that time the service and food/drinks were pretty decent!
Unfortunately now, every element of this DD is horrible. I tried to give this location too many chances for redemption and it’s disappointing how each time the experience is unpleasant.
I’ve tried the drive thru- wait time was inexcusable and the attitudes was distasteful.
I’ve tried several different foods/beverages- either tasted burnt, cold of bland.
What I dislike the most is whether you walk in or sit down, the workers are in the back openly and loudly cursing discussing personal issues that should have no reason to be heard in the store. The drama is unmatched and unnecessary.
Good luck ordering on their machines or to a live person because they either neglect the online services or too busy in the back hiding from customers.
Overall I’m not sure what changed from last year til now but I will no longer be a DD customer at this location.
