Customer service wasn’t the best. If you don’t use the kiosk to order, the staff make it a huge point to “MAKE SURE” you see the Dunkin paper cup for tips. A lot of times I have to repeat my order. Just to make sure I went to other establishments and they understood me. Food is good but won’t be going back.

Literally worst experience I ever had undercooked food and when I politely asked for it to be fixed they spitefully overcooked my order and told me that's how they like it now I'm late for an appointment and still hungry thanks for completely ruining my day!

Ordered several "spider" donuts and they look NOTHING like a spider. Anyone could have done better than this. It's just squiggles not legs. So disappointing.

This location is terrible now. Seems like management changed. We’ve tried to order from here multiple times in the last few weeks and each time the line moves extremely slow, or the person taking drive thru orders can’t even understand a simple order like hot coffee with cream and sugar. The lady literally kept asking did I want hot tea when I kept saying hot coffee, so we just drove off and will not be returning. I miss the old morning staff who knew what they were doing.

For the life of me I can’t understand why they replaced the entire morning crew. I haven’t had a decent coffee from there in months. At first I let stuff slide as I figured everyone was new but when it became a constant thing I started complaining. Order light and sweet and my coffee is black or it’s just light, grounds in my coffee ( like a lot) , wrong donuts etc.etc. The drive thru line is extremely long and slow. I miss the old morning crew terribly. I guess the owners haven’t heard the saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”.

Ever since the younger kids left the staff is just not as comfortable. I'm hard of hearing to begin with and I couldn't understand a word any of them were saying. I understand the accent barrier and there's nothing wrong with this but it's really hard. They also didn't get our order correct even from the computer screen printouts. They were out of pretty much everything. It was a disaster of a visit and well I know there's a Dunkin everywhere I honestly won't be going back to this one.

This place is terrible from not cooking their bacon. To arguing with you about what you ordered. To yelling at you when you let them know they got your order wrong, and when you just give up and say I'll pay for a new order they yell at your more. The employees are absolutely disgusting. I will never in my life ever go back to this location because of the man running the drive-through who decided that he's right, even though he repeated my order back to me correctly. Even when I went in and he told me what I ordered and he told me my correct order and when he was shown what they gave me was wrong he then blamed me. For them giving me the wrong items. And then kept yelling. (Still didn't get the right items after everything)
