I've ordered from here multiple times. They are always busy. Today, I went inside because the drive-thru line was long. I only ordered a coke. Once my order was placed, I waited 20 minutes for someone to hand me a cup so I could fill it up. This kind of ridiculous but everyone was running around alot.

I've been coming here for quite a while now and I'm really bothered by how my fries were not served all the way to the top . They are cold fries , and even the wrong size . I it comes with a medium but it looks like a small size in a large box . To pay a good 15$ I would think my food would come at least warm and filled to the top . Very sad to get off shift to come find a quick bite . Very sad especially around the holidays I would think it would atleast be filled to the top !
Was craving a McFlurry and fries. Got almost thru the whole bag of French fries. Dumped out the rest on a napkin and this stink bug came out with it. It's dead..looks like it was fried with the fries. I get you can control every little fly or bug.. but like did you check before bagging it.. or just didn't care? The service/Staff were really nice though and I've never had any issues here before.. but this is a new one for me. Really gross. Wish I could post the photos.
