This Papa John’s location is absolutely terrible. The manager is extremely lazy and arrogant, and the overall atmosphere of the store is unacceptable. It’s hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. The store looks neglected and unsanitary, to the point where you genuinely worry about getting sick from eating food prepared here.
I honestly don’t understand how this location is still allowed to operate under the Papa John’s name. It feels like both the store owner and corporate care more about making money than maintaining basic standards. A few employees do seem to try their best, but it’s not enough to make up for how bad the store is overall. The place looks like something straight out of The Walking Dead. Avoid this location

Just horrible. I used to get Papa Johns all the time but had to stop due to multiple wrong orders. I thought I'd give them another try and I should have ordered pizza somewhere else. They don't use there own drivers. They use DoorDash and it is not a friendly app. It took over an hour for my pizza to get delivered to me. And they didn't bring my soda. I'll say it again, horrible. My pizza and cheese bread was cold. Not worth it.

This place USED to be the definition of horrible. Ever since it’s been owned by the new owners this place has turned around 💯 % . They are friendly, orders are always correct and the food is fresh on time and taste good !

Had this place last night and have been sick ever since. Being pregnant with little ones isn't easy and it's convenient to get a pizza... but really what convenience is it if you can't eat the pizza you wanted, what is the point? I literally had to spit out my pizza because the tomatoes tasted like a tin can. Discussing to charge ppl for that. I ate some of my husband's pizza which was dry and tasted like it was made hours ago. Ugh never eating food here again!

Worst papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from I wish I would have looked at the reviews. Calling management just to Simply ask for extra napkins and utensils was hard. I really don’t understand why people buy food chains to give horrible service. I’m assuming like most papa John’s the whole family works at the establishment it’s sad. Horrible food quality and hygiene and then the worst service as the icing on the cake amazing

Horrible, twice...not once but twice now this location has marked my order as delivered and I didn't receive anything. Then I try calling the store to figure out what happened, and they don't pick up, so I decide to drive there and they told me to go home and wait for it. Obviously I asked for a refund but they kept giving me a hard time, ended up needing to call customer service for a refund. So annoying.

I found metal in my pizza.. it appears to either be shavings or a spring of some sort, but absolutely metal! The staff at this restaurant are usually rude, but whatever I like papa johns, but this is completely unacceptable! Who knows if my children have ingested freaking metal too!!

This place is horrible! I ordered a pizza online and when I picked it up the man who made it was sitting on the counter it was made on . That’s disgusting! I took it home open the box and it’s dry ! I break a slice in half and no sauce on the pizza . It’s a Alfredo sauce with chicken pizza . What I received was pizza dough and cheese with chicken crumbs. So called to complain and I was told a store associate would call me . I received a call from a very confused man who didn’t understand what dry meant ? I said no sauce,he replied I put sauce and the bread takes it . Not sure what that means but I said I’m unhappy and would like my money back . He says no ! I will make for you good come pick up . I said no thank you ,I want my money back please . He argues with me and I say no thank you please refund me . He said ok refund,and don’t ever order again ! Then hung up , only to call me back and I refused to answer ! Come on do better papa John’s this is a disgrace. I can only imagine the issues this place has . If I don’t receive my money,I will dispute it. You definitely lost a customer at this location.
