Delicious but disorganized. Hours are inconsistent and the business is poorly run but the food is incredible. Get it while you can because who knows how long the doors will remain open. And bring cash!! Don’t let the cards accepted sign on the front door fool you.

Food is good, HOWEVER, there debit/cc machine never works although the have logos on the door and he doesn’t tell about it until after you e places your order. The customer service SUCKS! Up until a few months ago I dealt with it BUT now Highly recommend going across the parking lot to yummy plater where both food and service are AMAZING!

Never knew this place existed until I recently found it online. Great for take out during quarantine! Food was really good, but the spicy chicken and the chicken curry were a bit too spicy. I ordered the Gab Shak combo-It was missing the samosas, but everything else was good. My husband and daughter each got gyros that were missing the fries, but the gyros were good. Nice change during quarantine.

What do I recommend? Everything! The meat is incredibly flavorful whether mild or spicy, and the curry is legitimately the spiciest thing on the menu. It's SO good! The hummus is creamy and delicious. Seriously, order yourself a plate.

Went back to the Gab Shack again this afternoon for the third time. I eat Halal food in the the city all the time and the Gab Shack beats all of those places. The gyro meat over rice or salad are tremendous along with the gyros. The owner is always on the premises making your meal. He is the nicest and most humble person you will meet. He truly appreciates his customer's. FIVE STARS!!!

What can I say about this place? Absolutely blown away by the quality and service. Best lamb gyro I've had in years. I love supporting local places and this restaurant is worth every dollar. Cash only so make sure you're prepared for that. The ambiance was great, I forgot I was in New Jersey for the half hour I was there. Can't wait to come back for the falafel.
