The food is decent and I don't usually have any issues, but that's not what brings me here today. Let's talk about their parking lot/drive thru. It's in desperate need of repair! I know this location had a remodel, but it looks like the pavement wasn't in the budget. Other fast food restaurants have paid attention to this detail. What's going on?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s.
I ordered four meals and asked the staff not to prepare the fourth one immediately, as I wanted to take it to go after I finished eating. They agreed and said it was no problem.
However, when I returned to ask for my fourth meal later that night (Wednesday, June 26th at around 12 AM), a staff member — who I believe is the manager, a heavyset man — told me that I had already received it. I explained to him that I hadn’t, but he denied it.
We reviewed the surveillance footage, which clearly showed me receiving only three meals. There was no footage of me receiving the fourth. But as soon as this part appeared, he suddenly turned off the screen and claimed there was nothing to see!
This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty and professionalism. I hope this issue is taken seriously and handled properly.

Terrible. They were busy from one mobile order. Messed up our order and gave us the wrong sizes for our order and then were too busy to correct it. It didn’t help the place looked filthy behind the counter.

What an amazing place. Never seen a Wendy's like this one. Not only was the food top notch, but the employees were very nice and welcoming. One to point out -- Kyle Brennan served my family and I food and when we asked where Six Flags Great Adventure was from the location, he offered to drive us there1

I stopped by the Wrightstown Wendy's to grab a quick bite to eat during my lunch break from work. It's been probably 20 years or more since I've been inside this Wendy's location. I have fond memories of my grandmother bringing me here during my adolescent years so I could get a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and my grandmother would get the salad buffet. Well, the salad buffet is long gone. The inside dining area was clean and welcoming, but I was the only one eating inside. That actually suited me fine since it was midweek and I just wanted peace and quiet while enjoying my lunch break.
The staff at the counter were GREAT! The young woman who took my order rang it up a couple different ways to find me the best deal since Wendy's had a sale that day on the Son of a Baconator (sandwich only) but I wanted a meal. So she rang everything up separately and saved me over a dollar. The staff was courteous and my order was ready in just a couple minutes.
The downside was the quality of the food. The bacon on my sandwich was hard, to the point I was worried about chipping a tooth. The sandwich itself appeared room temperature, not hot or even warm. Like the bacon and burger had been sitting a while before being made into my sandwich. The only saving grace was the fries and strawberry lemonade...both were great!
Given that I stopped in after the lunch-time rush (around 3pm) midweek when it was slow, I'll give the store 4 stars and go back another day to see if the food quality is redeemed.

I went to THIS Wrightstown Wendy's on a fine Tuesday night during a fundraiser to support NHS at my school. Before deciding to go, I was warned by a friend that she had gotten food poisoning from THIS Wrightstown Wendy’s in the past. I didn't think much of it and I still went because I wanted to support NHS. I entered THIS Wrightstown Wendy’s and ordered a chocolate frosty and a spicy chicken sandwich. It tasted okay, but as soon as I got home I started to feel the effects. Idk if it was the frosty or the chicken sandwich or a combination of both, but I didn't leave the toilet all night. I tried to go to school the next day but ended up going to the nurse TWICE before the second period even started. THIS Wrightstown Wendy’s gave me a case of the tummy wummys and I, for one, will NOT be going back to THIS Wrightstown Wendy’s. u a bop fr
