This place is amazing! The staff is always so nice, the bagels and sandwiches are so good. Even when they messed up my order, they always offer us a discount as an apology and always are attentive to fix the situation.

Got a whole wheat everything bagel with lox spread. Good bagel, good smoke on the fish, would've liked to see a bit more in there. $5.51

Bagels are ok, cooked too well done and are alot smaller than what they used to be. The reason for my review is the worker that took care of me had an attitude. My son was apparently taking too long to choose a bagel so she seemed very annoyed and rolled her eyes at him. I wasn't going to review but I choose to for the simple fact that my son saw what she did. As an adult I get it people have bad days but come on that attitude is bad for business. And for a 10 year old to remark that she rolled her eyes thats no bueno!!!!!!

This place SUCKS. They prioritize call-in orders over customers in the store and couldn’t prepare two breakfast sandwiches and three bagels with cream cheese in over 20 minutes. It might be tolerable if the food wasn’t below average at best.

Bagels ehh,Coffee alone is worth the stop for me.Egg sandwiches so so.Coffee was really hot and good flavor.Other stuff was just ok.
I never write reviews because I know a lot of people that own food businesses and it's their livelihood but at some point an employer needs to be accountable. The food here is fine. Goldberg's is better. I go here because it's convenient but their staff is TERRIBLY trained. From piling 50 bucks of lox up in a styrofoam container to charging me for a half pound of whitefish salad and getting home to find the container half empty (neber weighed it) I'm sick of needing to double check everything here. Please train your employees better!

There is no shortage of breakfast and lunch places, let alone bagel stores. Glad I discovered this place last summer. I've been going here on and off for the past six months and can't praise the food and staff enough. I've called in orders and gone in person to place them. Sometimes I will eat there as well. Hector, Johnny and even Eric who runs back and forth at the grill are wonderful. They are always smiling and very friendly. There are the usual busy times when there is a line to the door but they are fast and efficient, even if they are short staffed, which is not their fault in this day and age. Not once have they made a mistake on my orders, unlike other places. They really seem to care about getting it right. They treat all the patrons with kindness and try to get everyone out to door as quickly as possible. Lastly, the prices are comparable to other deli's and bagel shops. To be fair, everything costs more nowadays. But the quality and amount of food they give you makes it worthwhile.

Used to go here every Sunday for great bacon egg and cheeses. Noticed last week when I got home that the bagels had shrunk. Went back today and sure enough the bagels are about 2/3 the previous size. They tried saying the bagels aren't any smaller but went to another bagel place and sure enough the standard bagel size is much bigger. Hope they can fix this.
