This place is amazing. My daughter and I come here every Thursday for ice cream. It is our special little thing. The staff is always amazing and this Thursday went over and above. My daughter dropped my entire shake. I was mortified. It went everywhere. They not only didn’t make me feel bad as they cleaned up our mess but I was so surprised when one of the two gentleman working (both helped clean and worked really hard to not make me feel bad) brought me out another shake. It eased the guilt my daughter was having and mine for the mess. Stuff like that doesn’t happen anymore ever. People aren’t generally like that anymore. Well, the employees here are and amaze my family and me everytime we go.

Dairy Queen in Wyckoff is fantastic! The ice cream and treats are always delicious, a perfect spot for dessert. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The Blizzards are a must-try, and the outdoor seating area is great for families. Clean, well-maintained, and consistently satisfying!

Expectations vs reality couldn’t be truer at this location. My family drives to Ringwood rather than drive 2 minutes from our house to avoid this location. They are way too cheap compared to every other location with their pumps. Total rip off here. Go to Ringwood if you live in Wyckoff. The ice cream consistency is much better and they won’t take advantage of you. Just reading in these comments there is a credit card fee? Nobody ever told me that. For reference this is the size medium sundae you will get. I’ll report back with what every other DQ location gives as they should.

This is a popular gathering place and they're set up to serve large crowds efficiently and well, either through their walk-up window for hit-and-run snackers or indoors if you want to see the full menu and sit. The employees are friendly and patient.
Parking: There's plenty of parking but it can be tough to exit the main exit during peak traffic times. Consider going north out the side street and then U-turning when able to reduce hassle

Came here with my family on Sunday and received a very unwelcoming experience. No greetings, no smiles, just stares from the employees. Our blizzards were halfway melted as well. Overall it was a very uncomfortable environment

Purchased a one scoop sundae. This tiny sundae is pictured next to a poland spring 16oz bottle for comparison, is a joke. Not only is the size miniscule but it only included one topping. They don't even include whip cream or strawberry sauce, that's considered one of the toppings! Business are beyond ridiculous recently. Was charged $4.50 for this, crazy. Will never go there again

I went to the store with my New Jersey state certified animal support pet and my 2 girls and the 2 store managers asked me to leave I said it's an animal support pet you have your permit he said come out to the store window poray I'll take care of you because my girls started crying out of shame in front of everyone I tried to explain but they said that's their rules they don't care about the illness they have only their rules well I'll take action for discrimination Asia my person
