By far our favorite Dairy Queen. The manager Bobby is amazing! He’s always so patient with customers and his employees. It’s really nice to see, especially in such a busy environment. Also, he’s been great at helping me order cakes over the years. He makes sure we get exactly what we want and always exceeds expectations. They are lucky to have him there because he really makes it a very welcoming environment to come into :)

The best ice cream cakes! I ordered one just 2 days before my son’s 3rd birthday. I asked for a ‘Toy Story’ theme. The cake was perfect! I ordered one from Oakland the year before and was totally disappointed. The one from wyckoff was perfect!!

I worked at this DQ as a teen in the late 90's and was so happy to take my kids here on our visit to NJ. And was stoked to find that it's still family owned. George was a great guy to work for back in the day. I love that Linda still has a line of kids out the door. Great vibes.

It was a great experience. They have a great process to get everyone taken care of in a timely fashion. There was a small line when I first got there and I thought I would wait long but to my surprise it was fairly quick. Got my ice cream and went about my way with the nuggets they had seating outside and in but I chose to hang out in my car.

Arrived with my two daughters and the girl running the counter didn't even acknowledge us. She then took the order of somebody who arrived after me and barely spoke a word and looked visibly annoyed she had our take my order. Never returning.

I’ve been coming to Dairy Queen for over 50 years, and over 20 years at this specific location. However, after my recent experience, I will not be returning.
I visited the Wyckoff location with my family, and my 10-year-old son tried some sort of cherry vanilla hard ice cream. He didn’t like it at all and said it tasted like medicine. I kindly went back to the window and asked if they could swap it for something else, but the teenage employees at the window were rude and insisted they couldn’t take it back. After explaining that my son loves Dairy Queen, they still refused, saying they couldn’t refund it.
I asked for the manager, and while I explained that I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, I was only asking for a simple swap to a classic chocolate flavor. The manager also refused to help, though he said if my son dropped the ice cream, they’d replace it. Go figure. Eventually, they gave us another variety, but it was clear they were upset about it.
To make matters worse, there were a bunch of young, disrespectful kids outside, cursing, adding to the negative experience. After more than 20 years of loyalty to this location, I will not be returning.

This place is amazing. My daughter and I come here every Thursday for ice cream. It is our special little thing. The staff is always amazing and this Thursday went over and above. My daughter dropped my entire shake. I was mortified. It went everywhere. They not only didn’t make me feel bad as they cleaned up our mess but I was so surprised when one of the two gentleman working (both helped clean and worked really hard to not make me feel bad) brought me out another shake. It eased the guilt my daughter was having and mine for the mess. Stuff like that doesn’t happen anymore ever. People aren’t generally like that anymore. Well, the employees here are and amaze my family and me everytime we go.
