If you want a chocolate shake, specify that you want it made with chocolate ice cream only or else they'll use a mix of vanilla and chocolate.

Great place, staff is friendly. Ordered my daughter's birthday cake here, the man taking the order was very patient with my daughter and her very exact wishes for her cake, lol. He listened, got the image she wanted and the cake turned out perfect. She was thrilled.

Was not very happy. I clearly ordered an extra large chocolate shake… EXTRA THICK I said… TWICE! I NEVER CARE if I have to pay for extra ice cream but we all know that all these places do is just not mix the shake that much!!! Anyway, essentially what I got was a chocolate milk with a little bit of ice cream for $6.30. I’ve gone here before and all those times would’ve given 5 stars because I got exactly what I asked for! Too bad I pulled away in my big truck or I would’ve returned it! When someone asks for an extra thick shake that is what they want

After a particularly hot late summer day, I found this Dairy Queen in Wyckoff to be most convenient. I enjoyed a strawberry sundae which really hit the spot. The seating was quite adequate, and service was polite and friendly. This particular Dairy Queen also has a drive thru. I found it to be a most enjoyable respite from the heat of the day.

I called to get a birthday cake. The cake was great as it always is. I told them to spell the name correctly on the cake. It was spelled wrong. It's not a big deal. I was told when I came to pick up the cake that it was correct. It wasn't. I called them later and left a message. I haven't heard back from anyone. That bothered me more than anything.

i went in the other day and this lovely young woman luca took my order. she was so helpful and kind. she helped me chose what to get and quite honestly made my day. we need more people like her in the world and especially at dairy queen’s everywhere.

Ordered ice cream 2 weeks ago for a school party. Called Monday to cancelFor Friday and they will not give money back on a gift card. Allegedly they make the orders that far ahead., or as they receive them which was 2 weeks ago. Sure. Order was 25 mini cups. Greedy location. Other DQ locations around to solicit over. this place.

Great location and service has always been good. My only complaint is the ice cream is way too soft, already melting as you walk out the door, forget about getting it home. The DQ in Kinnelon is far superior, ice cream is nice and thick and actually frozen, like custard!

Oh DQ! So many fond memories! Many DQ's in California have closed but the DQ of my childhood in NJ is still thriving!They added an order window (likely during the Covid pandemic). You can order from outside at the window or you can go inside. They have outdoor and indoor seating, and you'll likely see lots of sports teams and families supporting this hot spot. It's a large and clean location, very well staffed on a busy Saturday night. Service was friendly and super fast!I had an oh-so-comforting cookie dough blizzard (cookie dough blended into the vanilla soft serve) - didn't add M&M's this time but that is also a winning combo. My niece had a cookie dough and Oreo blizzard and it was awesome. My Mom enjoyed her classic wafer cone with vanilla ice cream dipped in the cherry hard shell coating.Thanks DQ for a delicious trip down memory lane. We'll be back!

The workers in this DQ are always incredible. They are very kind, attentive, and polite. It really is a pleasure to stop in for ice cream whether it's busy or not. Love this place!
