2 staff were too busy for taking care of mobile orders so they didn't have time to help me get my order who was waiting for almost 5 minutes in front of the cashier. They need more staff for the customers.

Convenient Dunkin in town that is clean and workers are nice. Wish it had a drive thru like the one in midland park but otherwise same as any other Dunkin.

Ewww… yet another watered down cup of coffee from this DUNKIN location. I appreciate the warm cup of sugar water, would have been awesome if it tasted like coffee tho… Save your money!!!!

I had bagel twice here and they were not fresh. They were stale. I cannot believe they serve old bagel. It tasted really bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is absurd. This is basically just a bagel , so DRY. My drink was also falsely advertised no whip cream no sprinkles . I’m very upset & deserve a refund for this. I will never go back there !

Love the coffee but they don't encourage you to sit down. They want you to pick up and leave. Weekly after yoga class a group of 4-6 of us want to eat and get coffee, and we have to drag tables and chairs from an adjoining area so we can sit together. They aren't happy with us. We always put everything back but get looks! Midland Park and Franklin Lakes are much more customer friendly.

This is a nice little spot to sit and chat with a friend. The employees were friendly and the place was clean.Parking: The parking is behind the building, so it's not visible from the front, but there is plenty of parking space available.

Usually, I'm a Dunkin over Starbucks Type guy, but not this time though. First off, I usually come to this Dunkin in the morning, where it's less crowded, and have usually got good coffee for a good price. Yet this time, nothing went right. To start, apparently my order was to the wrong address, meaning I had to pay double for a simple drink and donut. I set my address to the Wyckoff location, yet because the drink I wanted was out of stock at my near Dunkin, they "changed the adress to fit my needs" without letting me know. 6 dollars down the drain. (This might be partly my fault, but 99% if people would've made the same mistake I did without knowing, they have to double check with the user. Next, the actual drink. I ordered the Peach Passionfruit refresher, my Go To fruity drink. I asked for light ice in the app, and made sure to ask the worker (anonymous, i don't want him to have any trouble) for light ice. He proceeds to fill it to the brim with ice. For reference, the picture I took is around 20 minutes after the order, meaning after the ice had 20 minutes to melt, it was still mainly filled. Lastly, the donut. As a dessert lover, this was the saddest icing topped treat I've seen since blockbuster went out of buisness! The hole was bigger then the Grand Canyon, meaning I was left with little donut. What was left was nothing short of a crusty, stale mess. Not the best experience, but 3 stars due to the drink being ok (the 3 sips I had of it) and usually being a good spot.
