What a mess of a sandwich! Wrong dressing (oil and vinegar that should only be mayo) and not-ordered overstuffed lettuce and tomatoes cause a 'watered-down', limp 'fall apart' sandwich. Picked up immediately but rolls still mushy.

For 20 years I have been going to Market Basket, Wyckoff. No more, the last three times I've called ahead to pick up my order they have always forgotten to make it. I order a Chicken Pesto Panini when I arrive, and they give me a turkey panini. The Italian hero I requested with balsamic vinegar, I don't know what they put on it, but it's not balsamic and definitely not vinegar. The Rueben, I request with pastrami and extra thousand island dressing, I get corned beef and mustard. I don't know what is going on with them, but they haven't gotten anything right the last 10 times I've gone or ordered something on the phone. Stop resting on your laurels Market Basket, it takes a long time to get a customer and only one bad experience to lose them. I've had 10 bad experiences, and no more.

For most of my life, I would've said five stars being it's a family owned business very friendly people, but they got a little too rich, and once I got to rich the quality of the food chain drastically for the worse . The prepared foods which is their go to items had priorly been delicious, but now the pasta salad, just taste, bland, and the ends of the rigatoni, a hard yellow, which is a sign of them being old. The fillet is not as good as it used to be and everything is more expensive. I wish I could say five stars, but this place really went downhill I doubt anyone who disagrees
