Pastries were tasty but walked in, no greeting from the 2 employees there despite being the only customer. Not even a simple Hello. Not very welcoming. Need to work on customer service 101. Not inspired to come back.

Sad to say, but for their donuts, horrible. 10:00 Saturday morning, and the jelly and chocolate frosted we had must have been from yesterday. Both were extremely stale and went right into the garbage. If you dont have enough sales to sell fresh items, you should stop selling. We will not be returning.

Palermo’s did an excellent job on our wedding cake which was included in our venue. It was easy setting up a tasting well in advance of our wedding and they had many delicious options to try. Additionally, I’m gluten-free and they had many GF options as well. We decided on a dulce de leche and vanilla cake, as well as, a double chocolate cake for our main wedding cake and I ordered a GF vanilla and raspberry filling cake which was out of this world delicious! We received many compliments on how delicious the cake was and the design was also very beautiful! Thank you!

Went to Palermo's today and got a marble cheesecake and crumb cake. In a word...TERRIBLE. Both were not fresh AT ALL. The cheesecake was only marble on top - a thin gummy topping. The rest of the inside was regular cheesecake. And it was drying out so it clearly wasn't fresh and not something you'd expect from any bakery. The crumbcake was so dry, it had to be at least 3 days old. Again, not what you'd expect from a bakery. Both of these should have been in the day-old (at least!) section. My husband eats anything and he even said it was terrible. This was our first and LAST time there. Very disappointed.

Gorgeous bakery. I was just visiting the area so I've just been there once but will definitely go back next time I'm around. Everything looks delicious. We had pie and challah, but the cakes looked amazing.
