Pasta was just ok, nothing special. Caesar salad lacked flavor and was over dressed. We waited a very long time for three basic pasta dishes. A few tables that were seated after us got their food before us and the server didn't come check on us. There was a screaming child (who belonged to a worker in the restaurant) running all over the place including in and out of the kitchen; very dangerous and distracting.

A word to open table participants. There was open areas to sit in front with comfortable seats. We were told open table diners get the seats on the back. Waiter was obnoxious. Last time for me at this restaurant

I now live in Upstate NY so my daughter and I had a NJ slice of white pizza. Delicious. My husband had the best gluten free pizza ever. My nephew's wife suggested this place and we loved it.
I really want to like this place because the food is genuinely good but as someone who came in with little kids at dinner time they need to be faster with the food. We sat for an hour and still hadn't received our meals. We had to ask the server to wrap it to go because the kids time had run out.

The food & dessert was delicious! The service was horrible. Our server, Julio, never smiled, was not courteous, or attentive. It seemed like he was the ONLY server for the restaurant for a Saturday lunch crowd and he wasn't having it. The reality of the matter is that your servers represent the restaurant and he made our experience a negative one.
