I visit Starbucks 3-6 times a week. This was my second time at this location and normally I don’t leave bad reviews if I’m disappointed. Everybody has bad days. But last time my order was wrong, no problem. This time I order something completely different. This is something I’ve ordered at other locations. I have NEVER seen so much ice in a cup. I paid $7 for ice. Normally there’s not much ice by the time Im done with the drink. I drank this down in two seconds. Obviously, there wasn’t enough oat milk in it because it was too much ice. And I didn’t realize until I was far so I couldn’t turn back around. What a waste of seven dollars absolutely ridiculous. I couldn’t tell how much ice was in it when the coffee was in it, As I started to drink it, I was like what is going on here. I won’t be going back to this location, obviously, but there were a bunch of employees there just standing around not doing much. There was no need for this to be so messed up. It’s not even like they were swamped and we’re trying to put out a million orders then I would understand ..I don’t know if the manager is instructing them to put that much ice in but never in my life have I seen something like that. I got a drink with 6 scoops of strawberries and got made fun of by the workers thinking I wasn't present for the conversation yet I heard every word. Can't a girl just order her strawberries in peace. Anyways, I picked up my mobile order with pride. I need my strawberries.

Don’t make drinks accurately at this location, often made wrong or watery. Tried to give them the benefit but it happens too often. They also never fill the cup to the top.

I came here with my family and was getting some treats for my little cousins and when the lady at the desk asked me if that was it I said, “Yes ma’am and she rudely replied back saying don’t call me ma’am. All I was doing was using my manners like a respectful person and she had to be nasty about it for no reason why. I don’t understand her reasoning for the way she said it and it was very unacceptable especially in front of the my little cousins.
Not greeted by staff. Waited 3 to 4 minutes to order. Got order in a timely manner. Cafe not very clean.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the café did not meet the usual Starbucks standards, as the space was notably untidy. Additionally, I ordered a cappuccino, which is typically a highlight, but this time it fell short. The quality was not what I expected— the flavor was off and it lacked the rich, creamy texture that I look forward to in a good cappuccino. This visit didn't live up to the high standards I've come to expect from Starbucks.

for the second day in a row, the baristas and the manager stood behind the counter loudly saying how “weird” my order is and that it’s “that girl again” as i was standing right there. super unprofessional. i don’t know why they care what i order. i’m always friendly towards them, but i don’t exactly want to deal with them commenting on my order to each other every time i get something. i don’t think i’ll return to this location because i frankly don’t feel welcome

It's always very peaceful and quiet here. Service is happy and friendly. They have a great deal of seating and even a more private area in the back.
