During my recent experience at the service counter, I observed a significant delay in the service provided. The staff member at the counter appeared disengaged, which contributed to the frustrations expressed by waiting customers. Notably, one customer ahead of me chose to leave before receiving service. This situation highlights concerns regarding customer service and suggests a lack of employee distribution during busy periods.

Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes in the line just to order a coffee. Only one cash was open but they definately had enough workers back there to open up the other one. I saw some of the workers just standing around not doing anything. The place was a mess and the garbage cans where overflowing. If I were you I would not waist your time at this time Horton's. I will not be returning back.

Really slow service always out of something in morning no hash brown and in evening no rice for wrap or bowls. Served burnt bagels
