Cool place. Havent seen anything like it before. Food was good, onion rings especially. Beer was fresh and the girls working were friendly. Live music was good, Would go again

Loved the atmosphere here, and the old western town. The bbq'd meats were delicious, but it would be nice if there were some fancier dishes available, as opposed to many deep-fried selections.

Gosh dayum were the Salt & Vinegar O-Rings salty! I'd pass on these. The brisket was ok. But still a good spot to eat when you're at Smuggler's cove.

Absolutely amazing food & service. Would highly recommend Smugglers Cove/ Toms Roadhouse! Our Party of 6 had no complaints except there was too much food. The honey lime chicken burger was to die for. Will be back for sure. If you've never been there, make the trip !!!!!
Cool vibe, beautiful views, and amazing food! Fall off the bone ribs, delish

An unexpected discovery when we hadn't planned anything in advance. In the middle of nowhere, this festive oasis for eating and sleeping.
Warm welcome (thank you Gracie), excellent food (gargantuan portions), "bunkies" around the lake with everything you need without any fuss!

Wow!!! My husband and I enjoy fun experiences and our last two days on the Burin Peninsula were just that! The food at Tom’s Smokehouse was fantastic. It was a true smokehouse experience which is what we wanted. We ate there for two nights with full bellies.
My favourite part of the last two days was settling in at night at their onsite camping pods. Lois, her co-worker and husband were so kind as well as the entire staff. It was the best sleep I’ve had forever. The beds were so comfy. It’s a true outside camping experience ( but it was a tiny cabin like hut with 2 beds and table for us) with perks… the outside shower is awesome. The kitchen set up for guests with coffee, bagels, fruit and homemade muffins were gratefully appreciated. It was also nice to have a glass of wine on our patio overlooking the pond and Smuggler’s Cove frontier building.
Further down ( 5 minutes) they also have exquisite pods overlooking the ocean. It was nice to be removed from tv etc… and just enjoy our company.
We managed to do a day trip to St. Pierre which only took us 50 minutes from there.
Thank you.

OMW - you HAVE to stop here...This place was incredible. The best brisket I have ever had in my life and the portions are monstruous. The portion was large enough to feed my wife and myself, and we aren't super small eaters :)
The service was ok, they were a little slow - but they were in-between servings when we got there, so it is possible they were short handed.
The little western town they have setup there is pretty cool, and the kids would enjoy it.
