Rolling off the ferry in the early morning mist, bleary-eyed and craving something familiar, the Tim Hortons in Port aux Basques feels like a beacon. It’s not fancy—just your standard Tims with the usual suspects but in that moment, it’s perfect. The smell of fresh brew, the hum of locals chatting, the warmth cutting through the Atlantic chill—it all hits differently when you’ve just crossed the Cabot Strait. There’s something quietly comforting about seeing that red and white sign first thing, like Newfoundland’s way of saying, “Welcome. You made it.”
Waited over 30 mins in the line for a coffee. Only 4 people ahead of me.
Slowest Tim's on the island. Being right off the ferry think they would have a better staff.. their frozen lemonade machine haven't worked since September. Missing out on great products and deals because crappy ownership
Just usefully when you are in a rush .
Ordered 2 Simply Sausage on a biscuit, got 2 untoasted biscuits with 1 strip of bacon cut into 3 pieces with a slice of cheese. I was already 15 minutes down the road. My bottle of water was warm, but at least they got my tea correct.
Do better.
Typical Tim’s

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was in the bagel center hole only. Employees were rude too.

The employee couldn't speak good English and after I left, opened my tea and there was no milk or sugar in it.

I had a bagels BELT. The bagel part was delicious. Don't plan to repeat. The cheese fell off (not even warm). The lettuce was warm and limp. The bacon didn't have any flavor.

If I could put zero stars i would to start when you order farmers wraps and on both there is no hashbrown so for th one without eggs i paid 4 dollars for a wrap with a small amount of bacon and Chipotle. then to be charged extra for sauce and you pay and get barely any sauce no consistency if a greedy company is gonna charge for extra sauce then it should be measured so customers always know how much they are getting. to be charged if you wanna switch from mayo to Chipotle 60 cents is crazy when its already suppose to have a sauce and now I notice they charge for extra cream and base in iced coffee they are getting so greedy eventually you gonna have to pay for every cream or sugar in your coffee aswell. tim hortons is going down hill on a face pace and I was a loyal customer to there but I've chosen to go else where because I cant take being disappointed every morning

Quite Friendly, quick service. (The attendant didn't clearly speak English, so the Baker took my order, and translated for the attendant. They weren't trained how to make an Americano... so yea, that happened.)
Parking: Spots within the store perimeter, as expected in a town location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Marked and mechanical depressor to activate powered opening, and slow closing door.Curb to navigate!
