“Stopped in after touring the Bonavista Peninsula enroute to Gambo Newfoundland. Being hungry my sister, wife and I were definitely looking forward to a great meal. We were not disappointed. The homemade turkey noodle soup was typical Newfoundland soup. The clubhouse sanwich and turkey wrap were also very tasty. My only disappointment was the fries. Having travelled to various restaurants in Newfoundland during our vacation we had gotten use to homemade fries. These appeared to be the frozen variety. Nonetheless they were ok. Our overall experience was excellent. Great food, great service and typically friendly service. A place to stop while travelling the #1 highway.“
