Will never be back. First time at this location (Clarenville) and the server (young girl) was AMAZING! However, food was really bad and sent back for undercooked and got back the new food undercooked. Food and kitchen staff were definitely not good. The restaurant is grungy and dirty with the roof leaking when we went in… should have turned around. We ate at our first Jungle Jims in Corner Brook 2 nights ago and 💯 percent difference! It was good in Corner Brook. Threw out the re-did undercooked french fries twice and could not even eat the chicken burger. Cesar Salad was good. Give this a one star rating.

No one took our order for almost 30 minutes. The seater asked if our order had been taken and when we said no, she went to get a server. We waited five more minutes and still no one came so we ended up leaving.

Food was fine, as expected at other Jungle Jim franchises but the service was very slow. It wasn't busy and there was one guy who seemed to be doing everything. We had to seek out people to ask for things and were never checked in upon.

I come to this location frequently and this was my worst experience yet. About 3x the amount of staff to how many tables there were and the service was awful. We had to ask for everything - cutlery, side plates, napkins, etc. It was my daughter's birthday so we brought a cake and when they brought it out, they didn't bring any plates, forks or a knife and it took forever to get some brought to us so my daughter was sat staring at her cake for ages just dying to eat it. Staff seemed to be having a great time hanging out in the kitchen while the rest of the restaurant was neglected. You can do better guys just pay some more attention to your customers!!!

Had lunch with a friend, service was very slow as normal there but as always staff is very nice. Food was ok, it's a chain so you get chain food. I think very little is actually made from scratch in their kitchen but it was what you expect. Restaurant was nearly empty and extremely clean. Seating is comfortable and atmosphere is pleasant.
Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of diabetic options.

By far the worst experience at a jungle Jim’s by far. Terrible food and service wasn’t the best. 1 star

This was probably one of the worst Jungle Jim’s I have ever been in. First, when we got in, there was absolutely no one inside. An elderly lady served us. I wanted to know of their chicken was halal or not which I have a right to know as a customer. The server acted like she was hearing the word for the very first time ever, which was fine. However, the problem was how she handled the situation. She kept on almost yelling and saying that it is actual chicken, what do you mean, we use actual thing etc. Her gesture was so aggressive it made me and my friend really uncomfortable. Even my friend was like, this was no way to reply to such a question. Reply yes, or no, or I don’t know. It is hard to explain how she was treating us at first but it really made us uncomfortable. However, later when other customers came, she was surprisingly calm and was polite. Now let’s talk about the food. We had ordered two french onion soup, a parmesan pasta with shrimp, and two of some Thai dish with rice and shrimp. French onion soup was way too salty, the parmesan pasta was bland, definitely needed some more herbs or seasoning, and the Thai rice dish was so much overflowing with Thai chilli sauce that we were barely able to eat any of it. We could not finish the Thai rice because it was so soggy and hot that we had decided to order take out for home. The bill was $100 for these foods and it was definitely not worth it. The food was awful, definitely lacked care during preparation. I would not recommend spending money here unless something changes. I am hoping to see management taking actions to improve the restaurant since there aren’t many restaurants in Clarenville.
