I eat at McDonald's once every three years or so. Today I ordered two Egg McMuffins, because we were driving across Newfoundland for a medical emergency. They were hot and made perfectly. Efficient service on the drive-through.

Very disappointed. Drive thru was busy, so went in to order. I waited and waited. No acknowledgement that I was there. At least 6 staff or more on. I ended up walking out.

Staff rude! Speaking in own language to each other when serving guest. Felt disrespectful. Order messed up and had to have it fixed twice and they still got it wrong. Charged 7 dollars to add bacon to a burger. All around terrible experience.

We don't eat at Mc D's very much any more because IMO there's been a steady decline in quality and value over the years. We were travelling and decided to stop in at this Mc D's to grab a quick bite. 2, 1/4 lb meals, 1 with cheese, fries and small drinks totalling just a few pennies short of $30. there was no cheese and honestly these were the worst burgers I've ever had from any McDonald's in my 63 years. I can't understand how Mc'D's is still in business serving this bottom quality food. Needless to say, you will never see another McD review from me.

Their food is spot on, and their coffee is great. Further, the crew always has great customer service. The building could use some sprucing up, though.
