Went there for a coffee after work with a friend and it took almost 10mins to get 2 coffee!! Thats just ridiculous!! That's NOT great customer service in my opinion. Other ppl behind me had their coffee before I did. Thats why I gave a 1 star, because the option for half of one isn't available

Love tim Hortons there food is priced the best around me and wife can have a good lunch there for around $22.00 taxes in no other fast food can beat that!! sometimes my sandwich taste a little burned i don't mind that cause it's a fast food restaurant!! i don't like there lettuce it's to green like to see crunchy lettuce

When I went there I only needed a place to stay warm and wait for my ride. The staff was extremely friendly. I had a conversation with a lady there who was trying her hardest to find options and solutions to suit my dietary requirements. She was extremely helpful and understanding.
Vegetarian options: There are options for vegans and vegetarians, however I think it is extremely important that you explain to the staff exactly what you can and cannot eat because sometimes persons aren't aware that mayonnaise is not vegan.
