I've had the drive-thru not offer cash change multiple times, I ve done complete debit purchases with never being told or shown the charge and the staff seem either confused or uninspired.. it is never worth the trouble let alone the money

While the food was good..The customer service needs a lot of work. I ordered the East Coast Special which comes with garlic fingers. I was expecting everything was in the large parties box however it comes in its own pizza box. I am mentioning this because when I got to my vacation property and noticed the second pizza I ordered was missing. I called and was informed it was still in the warmer and asked if I wanted to come back and pick up. I did say I would come back but did not want that pizza,that had been sitting in the warmer now for over an hr. I asked to change the pizza I had originally ordered (cheese and extra pepperoni) to a cheese pizza extra cheese. Being in the customer service business for 45 yrs. I suggested to the lady I spoke with she may want to consider some compensation for my time and gas. for this error as it was not something I caused and as a result had to drive 30 mins each way. 1 hr in total to go back and pick up the pizza. She advised me she could give me extra cheese at no additional cost. Really I already paid for extra pepperoni? I left it by suggesting she can decide on what the compensation would be and that Inwouod be there in 30 mins to pick up. Arrived back at the store. Provided my name and was handed the pizza without even an apology for the error. Not acceptable. The total cost of my order was 101.75 and I did not even receive a sorry for your inconvenience.

Bathroom was disgusting. I've been in a few countries and have never seen a washroom so disgusting. Should be shutdown immediately! Being a man l was disgusted and that takes a bit lol. I'm actually going to report this because if you can't keep a bathroom clean, you don't clean anything.
Being the only one who ordered as no one else was there, it took 15 to 20 mins. to get a sandwich, imagine if they were busy.
I love pizza, but I was highly disappointed after I recieved my order. I had a medium pizza with a medium garlic fingers. The bottom of the pizza was burnt, the crust was cooked and the rest of the dough was absolutely raw. My Garlic fingers were also raw in the middle. I had to put my pizza and garlic fingers back in the oven, when it should have been cooked in the first place.
This place should be called half done.
We popped into this place on our way along and we're absolutely horrified by our experience. We ordered our food and sat at the table with our three kids while it got prepared. We were told it would take about 10 minutes for our panzerottis, cheese slice and garlic fingers to be ready. While we waited, my husband ordered a sandwich for our son at Robbins, and then proceeded to wait for our food. We received the sandwich quickly but had yet to receive anything else.. after about 15 minutes, I went up to ask about getting our slice as our other two children were hungry and getting impatient.. we waited another 5 minutes for the slice.. and then another 15 minutes for our panzerotti's and garlic fingers. After waiting a total of 40 minutes for our food, I went back up to the counter to see if I could get an idea of when to expect my food.. the man told me it was almost ready.. I waited at the counter for ANOTHER 10 minutes.. only to get to the table, open the box and have my panzerotti still cold and undercooked. We will NEVER be back to this location and we will tell anyone passing through to AVOID this Greco location. Totally unacceptable. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

This place is absouletly terrible. First they started to take my order and then left as im talking to them of what i wanted in my order, then couldnt hear them so they told us to drive up to the window then procceded to basically ignore us and made us wait for them for at least 10-15 minutes at the window waiting for them to take our order, then we told them we wanted to cancel the order and procceded to make us feel bad and told us "oh i already put it into the oven" and then we just drove off. In my opinion the service is very slow, and dont understand a word there saying and very rude.

My Experience was great
Parking: It is about 20 of more parking spots there.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat there as well, it is a great atmosphere!!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a great wheelchair accessible building, with easy access to go in and out, to get whatever you need!!

Stopped in today to grab a bite. The poor girl was by herself trying to operate the Robbins drive thru and the Greco counter. Two couples before us walked out without food. Two couples were waiting for their order. No pizza ready to grab a slice ,one poor guy in back trying to prep orders. The girl kept apologizing to us and felt so bad when we left without ordering as there were many orders ahead of us and we were not willing to wait . Kudos to your staff but shame on you !! I wish I got her name and the guy inside. Give them a raise and hire more staff if you want my business!
