Went throught the Drive Thru heading back to St. John's. Customer service at the Drive Thru was great. Food was hot and fresh. Location looked very nice and renovated.

DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. Just look at their parking lot when you drive in, garbage EVERYWHERE, that should be your first sign to turn around and eat what you got in the fridge at home. If you still really, really, really, want that explosive diarrhea from food poisoning and disgusting food handling practices, get yourself a snack wrap cause that's all that's affordable. Try to count how many hairnets being worn up in this place, imma tell you right now, ZERO. Oh and I just love watching the same person who just took my money, scratch her ear, then scratch her nose, and then make my damn food. No thanks refund please 🤮 PLEASE👏 WASH👏YOUR 👏 HANDS 👏

It would be nice if they stocked any of the food on the menu and if the staff could maybe tell you without an attitude. Every single time I go here they always have at least 2 items out of stock. As for the atmosphere it's not positive when you can't get anything advertised on the menu and the staffs attitude lacks any professionalism. There are way better spots to go to in Deer Lake.

I visited deer lake A&W today , the bathroom were very dirty !!! Sink faucet broken, water spilled on the floor !!!

Bathrooms were disgusting, there were no clean tables, ketchup dispenser was empty, onion rings were soggy and decidedly not fresh. Bottom 5 fast food restaurants I've eaten at in my life.
Went to my local A&W and again was served burnt coffee. Third time now!! Please DO NOT SERVE BURNT COFFEE It was probably left on all mourning. This was lunch time, make a new pot for the lunch customers PLEASE.

A&W automatically loses a star because they don’t have ice for their drinks. This time we ate in to get our drinks in chilled mugs, only to be told they “didn’t have many”. We took them in paper cups, only to see another patron using a chilled mug. That’s another star. And the last one? One of our party ordered the Beyond Meat burger, which was displayed on the menu, and was told that they “Didn’t have that anymore.”
The food was fine. The service was terrible.
