Ordered a spicy big crunch sandwhich. The chicken was cold, and tasted stale. The lettuce was turning brown. $12 for something that should have been thrown in the garbage, which is where it went after the first bite. Be better, KFC.

Sitting in store at the moment with 3 other customers. We are all waiting for our orders. One person still waiting after 30 minutes. I've been here now for 23 minutes. No assistance from staff. Poor communication and very poor service. Customers are becoming angry and irate over the wait and staff are ignoring all of us. Unbelievable.
