Purchased a veggie sub. All of the veggies were frozen in the containers, cucumbers were brown, so I had to skip them. To top it off they were going to stick a tuna and mayo soaked knife, used to cut the previous sub, in my sub. Not good for those who hate mayo, hate tuna and have allergies. All that aside, imagine eating your sub and it tasting like fish when that is not what you ordered. Do better.

Extremely unprofessional conduct to those with disabilities.

The manager Michelle has 0 remorse for anyone with a disability. She speaks horribly about her customers once they are out of earshot. She has awful people skills and is very unwelcoming. Please avoid if you have any kind of disabilities, was super disappointed by their lack of diversity. Avoid the deer lake location at all cost. Plus she gives horrible directions to her poor staff.

For a subway, it's pretty alright. The footlongs could stand to be a bit cheaper. I mean for just one sandwich, it costs $15CAD?Could go to A&W and get a burger, fries and a drink for that much.

Somehow a foot long sub with a salad and 2 6inch kids subs with cookies /drinks cost over $70 bucks lol I had the exact items last week in corner brook (my children are creatures of habit) for under 50 bucks. Not sure how it got that out of hand . Otherwise girl who served seemed nice. The two guys that were on shift were completely incompetent and not pleasant people to talk to( I had to remind them multiple times to give me cookies. And it was like they were distracted. And forgot) anyways as far as subway franchises go . Id avoid this one and go somewhere else
